Really Nice glasses. But don’t order them unless you don’t need them at all. Delivery is insanely long and customer service is the worst I ever experienced. Insufficient communication and inability to meet the deadlines are reasons why I would never order the glasses again even though they are really nice quality. No improvement whatsoever and trust me I know what I am talking about I have glasses from third campaign.

I am an Indiegogo backer of lance glasses and still have not received my glasses - after more than one year. They made a trial of "delivery", but the parcel, that showed the shipping info, were sent back to their warehouse in singapore. Then it took months and months of back-breaking mail correspondence, where their consumer client "Bianca" asked again and again and again (and so on for months) for my shipping address - which was right from the beginning on, when I filled it into their indiegogo survey! I receive parcel and letters to this adresss from all over the world ervy fu**** day! Finally they - resp. "Bianca" - asked for 12 more Euros to restart the shipping. I protested - and a money-begging mail arrived promptly! finally I paied, and this is now more than 2 weeks ago. No more contact from this day on, even after several requests. In my opinion this company is fake from the campaign until the shipping, they are a bunch of liars and cheaters, who only take the money of people. Also I dont belive the few 5-star reviews. In my opinion this all is just fake. If I could give zero stars, I with no doubt would do this! I hardly reccommend to not trust them and keep your money! Edit: 2 Days after publishing my review: 1. Everybody can see the comment of lance glasses down there under my review. They responded approx. 30 Minutes after my review. Instead it takes weeks and months to reply my countless requests. In my opinion this speaks for itself and shows the company. 2. Of course my adress filled into their survey war and is right! And it is the same adress, their "Bianca" requested again and again and again! The statement, she asekd for my adress ONE time is totally worng and al lie. 3. About one hour after my review I received an email from a guy named "Karim", who requested the link of the survey confirmation sent to me, after the Indiegogo campaign ended. Now you can think, at lance glasses one hand does not know, what the other does, BUT that is not the point! The pont is, that they still are working on blaming me for the error of deliveriy - instead of forfilling their commitment to deliver these glasses, ordered more than one year ago! Of course nothing more happened: There is totally silence from lance glasses after I respondend THEIR survey confermation! 4. The whole issue cost me an enomous amount of time, energy and nerves. Everybody can imagine, how many people willl give up enervated with this kind of custom service - and how much money they save with this - you can see their amount of orders down below! 5. Their "shipping information" showed for the first "trial" of delivery showed, that the parcel was sent to my adress and then sent back with the mark for an "exeptiion". BUT I had no receipt of this trial of delivery. Does anybody out there know only one (1) shipping company (DHL, UPS, FedEx etc.), that does not leave a receipt after a vainly delivery?? This all makes absolutely NO SENSE! 6. I have very much expierience with e-commerce and am ordering from AliExpress or Ebay for many years. Only last week there arrived two parcels from Singapore. I NEVER expiereinced somthing like this! 7. To advice me to "hold horeses" in my opinion is absolutely redciulous and impertinent after one year of waiting and all this wasted email hussle.

Do not trust this company to deliver your glasses. I enthusiastically bought two pair during their original Indiegogo campaign in June 2018, my Order ID number is #1099. They had a great sales pitch. What they didn't have, and still don't, is a way to actually make and ship the glasses they sell. I have been waiting nearly a year and a half and they still can't confirm whether they even have the order right. The possibility of getting actual glasses from them anytime within reason is nonexistent. Every time I try to contact them, it takes at least two weeks to send a response and even then the response is unclear and incomplete. There is no way to get a sensible answer to even a simple question like, "Do you show an order form for one pair of clear glasses and one pair of sunglasses?" I have been trying to get this answered for 6 months and they still haven't answered the question. I don't think they even have a clue. Lance Glasses won't ship your glasses within any reasonable timeframe. I thought 6 months was reasonable but that time passed a year ago. Use your money to buy Lottery tickets. The odds of winning anything with the lottery are very small but they're better than the odds of getting anything from Lance Glasses.

Waiting for the „all in france“ made glasses with 6 months of delay being delivered from hong kong so far. Parcel got stuck somewhere and lance gives a damn about it. Didn‘t even set up an inquiry to get parcel back or get refunded. I am not sure if they don‘t want to or if they‘re just not able to do things right. If I get an answer, it‘s „there‘s nothing we can do“. Very poor service and missing an organ: the backbone...

Paid for my glasses over a year ago and still have yet to receive them. Communication with the company is nonexistent, and I've been left feeling completely scammed.

I have very high myopia (-13 with complications) and before lanceglasses I had to wear a pair of shades on top of my regular glasses. In my country, just the lenses alone (thin with photochromatic effect) would've cost me twice the amount I've paid for my pair (and that's before you count in light-weight premium frames) so I wore an old pair with prescription way below what I needed. I found the campaign completely accident but changed my quality of life pretty dramatically. I've never backed Kickstarter project before but my (very specific) prescription was filled perfectly. I hope my eyesight does not drop further but if it does I don't think I'll use anything but Lance to get a new pair.

As a backer on Kickstarter and Indiegogo i´m also owner of a pair of glasses with sun clips as add-on. I´ve to say the quality is premium, best what i´ve seen so far for the prices. Sure, waiting for delivery was a bit to long but this is a kickstarter/indiegogo related thing. I´m sure the team is working on optimizations in delivery and support as a result of the current feedbacks. The frames are stylish and a lot of people asked my where to get them. There is a helpful Lance community on facebook and also a virtual mirror app to see the frames on your face directly befor buy - but not in all colors, hope this will come in future. The prescription is perfect with fade lenses and blue light filter, the right thing for me as digital nomad :)
