Is the firs time that I buy using IGG platform. First I think that the waiting time to get your glasses is very long, almost 4 months. So I think this makes the customer experience a bad one. I don't have my glasses yet, but seeing the images and pictures of other customers I think that is a very good product.

I backed these guys over a year ago and have still not received my glasses. My trust in Lance Glasses and in Kickstarter is at a new low.

I am a backer from Hong Kong and I got 2 pair of Lance Glasses, a lots of my friends are keep asking where are those glasses from, they think it is so great, and i think all the lance glasses are GREAT. Hopefully can purchase another glasses later on. Big Thanks Lance:)

I’ve been wearing glasses since I was almost a baby, so I tried lots of brands of frames and lenses. What I experienced with Lance from the moment I bought into the idea was woooorlds above anything I had before. The frames were hands down the best ones I’ve ever had: light, beautiful, extremely comfortable and very durable. Lenses - I was very surprised of how perfect the Lance team delivered, knowing that my perscription is complicated! Oh, and the best thing? The dedication to quality both of the product and the communication with their customers. Even though I had some questions about shipping or small issues that were covered by the warranty, whenever I contacted the team, I always felt being taken care of. I’d actually would want to meet the whole team behind this operation and give them a big hug for everything they do, because I know that it’s a lot of work. Anyway, all of my friends and family already wear or are waiting for their Lance goodness and it’s something that I can feel complete confidence when recommending.

I did order two pairs, one in March and other in September. On average, I would say, delivery is 1.5 month delayed. Although I love my glasses, both of them came slightly bend at hinges or bridge. And I can't blame shipping company because package is solid and nicely sealed. So I presume poor quality control at the assembly line is the reason. But luckily I got them fixed at my local store and got refund for doing that. Virtual mirror app is pretty accurate, it work really good on PC not sure about phone... In conclusion: It's hard to recommend these glasses, but they look really nice and if you are willing to wait and not scared to hustle they are worth it. With all the stuff I had to deal with in the end I am happy!
