I was very pleased with my experience with Lahome. The 5 by7 area rug I ordered is beautiful, and it arrived within 3 days. I want to commend a customer service rep, Jen. I made a mistake in ordering 2 rugs when I only wanted one. I contacted the company and Jen immediately contacted the warehouse and refunded my money. She also kept in touch with me via email to let me know the outcome. I will definitely order from this company again.

The carpet is great. It fits the room and it’s very colorful. It shows off the colors of the ocean in my living room.

I’m a little disappointed in the back and forth it takes to simple return the rugs. I only wanted to return because the colors weren’t a match to my drapes better. We will see if they really refund 100% like they said if I wrote a review. I will let you know
