I ordered the botanical green rug, abstract rug, and pink floral rug on a by 2 get 1 free promotion. The abstract rug gives my room a pop of color it needed. The rug is soft and easy to vacuum/clean.

I received the order from Lahomedecor in a timely manner. It was not the color that I expected, so I could not use it. I had no complaints about the quality. When I contacted customer service, I got a quick reply. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the color shown on line did not match the color of the rug I received.

I ordered it and it came in within two days. It’s a beautiful rug, and it truly is nonslip. I’ve struggled in the past with the most expensive ones. I would leave some pictures, but I don’t see how to make that happen.

I haven’t even received my rug yet I just want to praise their customer service! The shipping company lost my package and when I reached out to Lahome they told me they are sending me a new one! They were kind, quick and thoughtful !

Product has many positive attributes — it’s soft and pretty, however it has white line creases that I could not fix or ease out. Customer service was quick in resolving my concerns about the white lines by offering additional remedies. I am grateful for their support.

A really amazing business, my rug was “delivered” but never received and they were willing to send me a replacement. This is my second rug with this company and they’re fantastic. Highly recommend.

I reached out to this company because after making the purchase, I found the same exact rug on Amazon for 10.00 cheaper and could get it in 2 days and sent them a screen shot of the proof, they not only honored the discount, they expedited the shipping and it got to me 2 days longer then what Amazon could. That is great customer service.
