LahomeReviews of lahomedecor.com

I’m a first-time customer to Lahome and bought 5 rugs total. My 2 new runners look gorgeous in their new home, and they’re exactly what I needed to transform my room into a soft and vibrant space. I knew what I wanted and thankfully these runners matched their description and pictures perfectly. The 5x7 and round rug that I got for the master bedroom softened the room from my very loud artwork. :) I absolutely love these rugs and I buy a lot of them, thanks to my doodles. They’re soft, not slippery so no liner or tape needed, and they look great after being washed. (Thanks to one of the doodles) I did however, order an 8x10 for my main living room and unfortunately, its description and pictures need some tweaking because it doesn't look anything like what I thought I was getting, BUT who’s perfect?!? I have 4 rugs that made my house a cozy home and Lahome fixed the issue with my 8x10.

Great rug, super soft and very fast shipping!

It came. And we did have an issue with the look of the one we bought. It’s soft and a nice print. The company resolved any issues we had. Nice company.

We ordered a rug that is beautiful and high quality. It exceeded our expectations. When we ordered a second rug and there was a shipping problem, the customer service was outstanding and our problem was resolved very quickly. I most highly recommend Lahomedecor!

Our experience with Customer Service has been exemplary. We received a beautiful rug…the color better than we had hoped. Unfortunately, we were not able to keep it due to a quality issue. Resolution of our concern was both courteous and beyond satisfactory. We endorse this company 100%.

I really liked the unique styling of this rug vs the other ones I’ve seen online but what really sold me was the price! The customer service team is great and communicative too! They emailed me almost immediately after my order to let me know that my rug was back ordered and gave me my options since the rug wasn’t expected to ship until September. To my surprise, it arrived yesterday (8/26)!!! This has been a wonderful experience and I look forward to ordering again in the future!

these rugs are just great. You won’t be sorry when you order them and customer service is a 10 for sure. They say they’re washable, but you might be able to take care of that if you see a little stain, just get some ivory dishwashing liquid, wet rag and put a little on that the stain will come right up. I learned this years ago.

Quality products that were delivered as promised and the color and patterns are better than I imagined. Easy ordering, payment and quick delivery by FedEx. Communication with Jen was professional and clear, not only was she very detailed when checking my order but also kind. Something that holds high value for me. Already browsing my next purchase!
