Update : Lahomedecor.com has kindly offered me a partial refund for my rug, which I have accepted. I appreciate their reaching out and doing their best to rectify the situation. Is this even the same rug? I ordered the Cloris washable paisley floral beige/celadon area rug from Lahomedecor.com, which, on their website, looked to be a buttery yellowish beige with some pretty seafoam blue areas, all very light and pretty. I received a very dull, bland beige rug with unattractive dark blues, dull brick reds, some darkish grey, all in all not the least bit what I was expecting. I even had to check if the floral design matched the online pictures because it does not look like the same rug. The florals do match, so apparently this is the correct rug. I understand that looking at colors on devices is tricky and sometimes things are off, but this is extreme. I’m going to keep it because it will work in the room, but it’s definitely not going to give the cheerful effect I was going for. Very disappointed - maybe it will eventually grow on me, I don’t have high hopes right now. On the plus side, delivery was quick and the rug is soft and not too creased from packaging.

I am always cautious when ordering product online. But I had done my research on Lahomedecor and saw such good reviews. The shipping was extremely fast. When I received my order one of the rugs was damaged. I reached out to their customer service team for help on a resolution. They were extremely kind and helpful. A replacement rug is on the way. I have never had such GREAT customer service. The 2nd rug that I had ordered is beautiful and so soft. I can't wait to get replacement rug to set up in living room.

I’ve had a great experience with LaHome! I’ve purchased several other rugs from them! They don’t have a phone number to call but they do get back to you quickly through email! I appreciate their customer service so much!

Beautiful rug. It's super soft and doesn't look like the design was printed on. Customer service was very quick to respond when I was questioning shipping times. The rug ended up arriving earlier than I thought!

I am over the moon with this company, Lahomedecor! Their website is easy to use and they have many wonderful options! Shipping was the fastest I've experienced in a long time. The rug would simply not flatten. It was dangerous. I found their customer service lacking. I will not buy from them again. Many reviews call this company a scam. UPDATE I let them know how I felt about this experience. To their credit, they gave me a full refund.
