When ordering the on line Colors are Deep and Vibrant. Upon receiving, the Colors are Dull and Muted and the rug appearance is nothing as in the pictures on line. The Sage Green is more like a Gray Green and appears more Gray than Green. China made so, expected some variance.

Description accurate, and quick shipping! Customer service was very responsive too. I had a discount coupon code but upon checkout it did not go through, customer service worked with me and kindly agreed to honor the discount. Rug is soft and colors are beautiful!

Absolutely love these rugs! Just purchased my third one and they’re such great quality and so easy to clean. My new go-to company for all our home decorating

I received good customer service when I emailed about inquiries. My rugs arrived on time and after ironing them on the back, per their website, all the creases were gone. The rugs are beautiful and soft! The designs are gorgeous. Having trouble with one rug staying put on a carpeted area, but the rest are on hard floors and haven’t moved!

Customer service was incredibly helpful and responsive, as a first time customer, I was very satisfied with the resolution the company provided given that the rug I ordered was no longer needed. I appreciate their willingness to assist and look forward to shopping on their website soon!

Very fast shipping, was very impressed

I LOVE these rugs! I bought my 1st one 8x10 and was more than happy! Spills bead up, it's easy to spot clean and so soft to walk on. It feels like velvet, not to mention that it's unique and beautiful. I bought another 5x7 bug rug that's perfect! So colorful it completes the room. So..I bought a 3rd for my guest bedroom. Again, it completes the room perfectly with that added touch. Recently I bought a runner. I'm so happy I'm buying a 5x7 matching rug for the large area at the end of my hall; plus, a dining room rug and a bedroom rug to finish our new home. I'm not buying any other rugs since these are beautiful, reasonably priced, washable and soft to walk on. I can't say enough about them. I'm super happy.

I love these rugs, so much so I’ve already purchased six! High-quality, beautiful designs and colors, machine washable, and super soft.
