Even after reading the other reviews after I made my purchase things worked out just great for me. The sofa was exactly what was pictured and I imagined it would look like. They called me to make sure I was available for the delivery date and time. Thumbs UP!

Sorry for the bad experience. We emailed you the item's status immediately after receiving your order. However, it seems you do not receive it.

I don't understand how a company can advertise something, take your money, then tell you they don't have the product. Obviously this company is some sort of middle man, which in that case they are doing a poor job. Updated to 3 stars for good communication.

We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused you. We really wanted to get the item for you however this item just sold out and the manufacturer doesn't carry it anymore. That is why we have to cancel the order and void your payment back to your account. We will try our best to do it better in the future.

I haven't picked up my order yet but the buy process was quick, easy, user friendly and I hope the product will meet my expectations.

I had to call to get any info. No shipping email. Then there was no delivery window. Just a date. All good.

Thank you so much! I am pleased that you enjoyed your experience with us. As a standard, shipping time is within 1-2 weeks of order/ item confirmation. But it can be earlier for as long as the item is readily available.

I was a little hesitant to order a big piece of furniture through an on-line company, however the service I received was even better than those I have received from furniture stores. My dining room table came in perfect condition, the driver was courteous and allowed me to inspect the table before I signed. I received a phone call with a short delivery window which was excellent because I didn't have to wait around all day for a delivery person. I would absolutely order any product without hesitation. This is a reputable business with excellent customer service!

I bought a recliner from FlatFair and was happy with it until I saw the stuffing sticking out of the footrest. Ashley Furn. was the manufacturer of the chair. Apparently the material that should go over the stuffing is too short. I e-mailed them, sent pictures and kept in contact with them. FlatFair ending up sending me a piece of foam instead of a longer material sleeve. The customer service was courteous and tried to help, sure wouldn't buy from them again.
