Even though I ended up sending back the boot I tried, I’m giving a 5 star rating because of how easy the process was and for the excellent customer service. Will try a different style of shoe at another time.

Customer service from kuru is amazing. They have completely bent over backwards to make me happy. The staff, company and Shoes are amazing. Kuru has made a life long customer in me. Most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! Hands down! I will only buy from kuru in the future for my shoes

Even though the shoe was not wide enough, returns were very easy. I had an issue making the second return and had to call customer support, they were very polite and helped in an instant. About the shoe: The arch support was great, it just wasn't wide enough. If they make a double wide version, I would definitely try them again.
