Onto my 3rd pair. …
I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Kuru and all issues, or questions, have been promptly and efficiently handled. The shoes are fabulous too! Waiting for my 3rd pair to arrive.

NEW HAPPY CUSTOMER
Currently, I have plantar fasciitis and have been wearing my Birkenstocks non-stop because they are so supportive of my arch. But I needed a sneaker to take their place, and it appears that KURU is doing the trick. When I ordered online, I ordered 2 different sizes because I did not know which would fit me better...and then the return process was seamless. I am a happy customer!

I’m very disappointed that I will not…
I’m very disappointed that I will not be receiving my Loft “Christmas” slippers but I do understand that things happen out of our control! I still love Kuru and will continue to be a loyal customer ❤️
