I ordered the wrong size trainer by accident and within 5 mins of placing that order I emailed them and sent messages on their Live Chat to ask to cancel it as I had ordered the wrong UK size. I was told it was too late to cancel, even though I only just placed the order, I emailed them again and got no response, and it's now been almost 3 days. They don't respond and looking at all these bad reviews I am very concerned now. I will have to refuse the delivery and although I was going to order a few more trainers, this whole experience and put me off now.

I’m sorry for the frustration and concern this caused. When you realize a sizing mistake right after placing an order, it’s completely understandable to want that corrected immediately, and I can see why this experience has been disappointing. Based on the order timestamp of 11:54 a.m. on 4/27 and the chat request that came through at 4:21 a.m. on 4/28, the cancellation request was received outside of our cancellation window. We generally have about a 20-minute window to cancel orders before they move into processing. Most of the time, our fast fulfillment is a benefit, though in situations like this it can make changes more difficult. I do see that a return has already been set up for the package, and in your email interaction, you mentioned you plan to refuse delivery and have it returned to sender, which is absolutely fine if that is your preferred option. We’d still love the chance to help turn this around for you. Once that is in motion, we’d be happy to assist with placing a new order in the correct size. So far so good. I purchase a new pair of shoes from Kuru. The shoes arrived soon after I ordered them. I'm always amazed at the speed with some of these companies! Unfortunately, I over shot the size needed, so I called customer service and requested an exchange to a smaller size. The whole process was smooth and easy. The agent was kind and very helpful.
