Quality issue, solution surpassed expectations
Kuru responded quickly to an email I sent on a holiday Friday. I sent pictures of a minor defect in my new shoes and they immediately replaced them—generated a new order without me even having to return the shoes. I noticed the issue on the first wearing and simply reached out to see if this was a normal issue or a defect. I will donate the original pair. Very impressive customer support. And so pleasant to work together.

Returns are truly simple
The return for my husband's trial of a boot that did not work for him was handled very quickly. I was happy to receive the gift card for buying a pair of the Ridge hikers today. I was also very pleased to see how fast they shipped and how soon to expect them. I wear Tread everyday right now, so look forward to the hikers for fall.

Rejects? Very uncomfortable?
This has to be a reject orthopedic shoe brand, as I literally had trouble even finding them online after wearing a pair for a day. (I don’t even know where these came from, as I’d never pay such price for shoes, but they are horrible.) Supposedly, they’re great for arch support, the out edge of the shoe (essentially where the seams come together) are just straight uncomfortably. And, of the hard sole leaves a lot to be desired. — I tried them for a few hours, going to the movies in them. Now, their up for grabs online, for less than half their retail price.

KURU is hands the down the best in the business, not only do they have the most comfortable shoes I have ever wore they also have the best customer service… there is no way you could go wrong using KURU!!!
