Unfortunately, the Kinetic 2 did not fit me well. Though wide, it was not wide enough for my foot. Sadie and Hyacinth in customer service were extremely helpful and arranging the return was quick and easy. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service, great job Kuru!

I bought two pairs of shoes from Kuru and they are fantastic for these 70 year old ballet feet that sometimes don’t feel 20 anymore. I suggested that Kuru provide arch support insert options, and to my surprise I received a human response. Don’t ever underestimate the value of a Help Center with human intervention. These folks are as important as your products, if not more! Cheers!!

The shoes I purchased didn't work out for me as they were too narrow. The return and refund process could not have been easier. In fact, I am going to go back and take a look at some different shoes to see if they will work better.
