I placed my ordered more than 3 weeks ago and still haven't received any products, I have sent emails and have not received a response and the tracker says the goods are in transit with no confirmation of when they will arrive, I was really looking forward to using the peoduct😤

I just received my replacement order from Kuri Nuka. The first order was lost due to incorrect shipping address. As soon as Sab became aware of the problem, he responded right away. He reached out to me with sincere apologies and even added complimentary products to my original order. Everything arrived in good order, and I could tell immediately, upon opening it that this is very high quality pure Batana oil. I look forward to being a long time client.

For a moment I thought this Batana oil isn’t real until I received it. I shared it to my sister and we both using it. It’s a very powerful product, it smells like coffee omg! I was very upset, scared and angry that I would be scammed because I didn't get any updates on my order and I tried communication through email multiple times . I did leave a very angry and disappointed review at first ....but I finally got a response to my email and a lengthy apology and the question if I still wanted to get the products, from my part frustration and fear for scamming was at the front , and i explained that as well ...I will still get the products fortunately 🙏🏼

So I started the product 9/15 & I’ve always had long hair and it’s permed. What the product did IMMEDIATELY was take control of my scalp….. absolutely no more severe dry scalp, large dandruff flakes or sores from digging and scratching. I have noticed my hair maintaining oil and product applied only once a week…. In addition my hair feels thicker than ever. Very excited I made this purchase…. You should absolutely do the same!!

I’m a relaxed hair girlie, but I’m sure if I had got this oil earlier, I wouldn’t have relaxed my natural kinky hair. It has softened my new growth and smells so nice. I received my order within the dates speculated on the website. I love the Kurinuka Batana Oil and I would recommend.

The batana oil works so good!! I’m really happy that I finally found a natural product that is suitable for my big curls and my son’s. One of the oils was damaged and I contacted the customer service about it and she immediately sent me a new one. Really appreciate the way she handled it ♥️
