Hi Alison! Thank you for such a thoughtful review. It’s wonderful to hear that you and your daughter are both enjoying the benefits of Kuri Nüka, and how special that you’ve even shared it with your family in the US and Trinidad. That kind of trust means everything to us. I’m so glad you’ve had a positive experience not only with the product but also with our customer service and shipping. Your kind words and recommendation truly inspire us to keep doing what we do with care and authenticity. Maya x Founder, Kuri Nüka

Hi Mahalia! Your honesty means so much—thank you for sharing the full journey of your experience with Kuri Nüka. I completely understand your initial doubts, especially with how much misinformation is out there. I’m truly grateful you gave us a chance and even more grateful that you felt cared for during the process. Your beautiful description of the oil—the smoky, roasted scent and the way it melts in your palms—captures its authenticity perfectly. Knowing it has brought thickness, scalp health, and even nourished your skin after almost two months makes me so happy. Thank you for trusting Kuri Nüka and for reminding others that patience and authenticity truly shine through. We’re so glad you’re planning your next batch! Maya x Founder, Kuri Nüka

Hi Cee! Your words truly touched me — thank you for taking the time to share such a heartfelt experience. I’m so sorry to hear about the trouble you faced with the courier, but I’m very glad that Kuri Nüka could step in quickly to put things right for you. What really fills me with joy is reading about the difference the Batana Oil has made, not just for your own hair, but also for your daughter’s skin and confidence. Hearing that she has been able to ease her eczema naturally, and that her eyebrows are fuller, is such a beautiful reminder of the power of authenticity in our products. Your trust and your kindness in recommending Kuri Nüka to your family, friends, and now to others here means the world. Thank you, Cee, for allowing us to be a part of your journey — we’re beyond grateful for your support. Maya x Founder, Kuri Nüka

Maya x Founder, Kuri Nüka *edit/reply* Hi Alex, thank you for taking the time to share more detail — I truly hear your frustration, and I’m sorry this was your first experience with Kuri Nüka. While shipping delays can sometimes happen beyond our control, what matters most is how we care for our customers. We did receive one email from you and responded twice on different days. I understand how disappointing it must have felt to believe you weren’t being heard. Please know we handle every customer concern with care, even if at times our responses may not come as quickly as expected. That said, we’ve already issued a full refund for your order to ensure you’re not left at a loss. I hope this helps show our commitment to making things right, and I sincerely appreciate the chance you gave us in the first place. Maya x Founder, Kuri Nüka
