I ordered to the UK and received my order in a very reasonable amount of time considering the distance. I also qualified for free delivery, which was a nice bonus. I'm happy with the products so far. I warm the product in my hands, and it melts pretty much instantly into a smooth, manageable texture. The strong coffee smell is quite potent at first but wares off/mellows eventually once applies. I've been using it for about a week, and my hair feels moisturised and less itchy.
