This Batana oil really works. My hair is noticeably softer, less frizzy, and it smells great. Delivery was smooth and well-packed. Definitely recommended.

I purchased the Botania Oil and started using it, after several weeks my scalp started to become sore, I then got diagnosed with Seborrheic Dermatitis. This was the only new product that I purchased. My hair is relaxed, not sure if that was the reason why I had this issue, but there is nothing online or any documentation that suggests this product can only be used on natural hair. It took 3 months for my hair to be back to normal.

I truly love this product and it made my hair feel incredibly soft and moisturized. Unfortunately, due to having severe allergies I am allergic to the product. I contacted Kuri Nüka about my allergic reaction and never fail, just like their product, they were top notch with responding. So, not only is the product phenomenal so is their customer service!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I felt compelled to. I placed an order on 13 October and got a notifications that it was delivered on 7 November. It was nowhere in sight and none of my neighbours had it and the cameras at my property confirmed it was never left. I got in touch with Kurt Nuka on the same day to let them know and got their automated response saying someone would be in touch within 24 hours. I heard nothing so asked for an update on 12th November with no response and again on 16 November again with no response. I threatened to charge back the transaction if I didn’t get a response and magically the parcel appeared on 18 November. I finally had a response on 24 November saying the package had been delivered. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. I haven’t stated using the product but frankly I don’t care how magical it is, their customer service is awful. Would recommend avoiding

I ordered for some kurinuka hair products but didn’t get it delivered after some weeks .. I reached out to the seller and was told there were logistics issues which wasn’t communicated properly and my earlier messages were missed due to a medical condition at the time. To make up, she resent another set of products plus additional 2 packs shea butter as a gift . The items were shipped with tracking updates and delivered in a week. The hair products looks nice and smells awesome . I have started using it and will update on its effect after a while . I would buy more and I recommend the brand and seller.

Kuri Nüka always strives to show genuine care, especially when something doesn’t go as planned, and it’s wonderful to know the products arrived safely this time. It’s also heartwarming to hear that you’re enjoying the scent and quality of the items. Whenever you’re ready to share your results, I’d love to hear more about your experience.
