Thank you for the update and for keeping your bottles safe. Please be advised that the FULL refund has already been fully processed on our side. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can sometimes take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account. As for the remaining bottle, you don't have to return them. We just want to address the issue about the first refund processed. Checking in our record, it shows that the refund was returned by your bank to us after we processed it.
