Het is jammer dat dit zo is gelopen en Kuri Nüka begrijpt dat dit voor jou ontzettend frustrerend is. Wel is het belangrijk om de situatie correct te verduidelijken. Kuri Nüka heeft meerdere keren per e-mail gereageerd en hierin ook uitgebreid uitgelegd wat er is gebeurd. In dit geval is de bezorgmethode op eigen verzoek aangepast naar afhalen via DHL, in plaats van deur-tot-deur levering. Vanaf dat moment lag de verdere afhandeling volledig bij DHL als externe vervoerder. Omdat deze wijziging rechtstreeks met DHL is aangevraagd, had Kuri Nüka geen bevoegdheid om namens jou aanvullende instructies te geven of inzage te krijgen in de ophaalinformatie. Dit is ook duidelijk per e-mail aan je toegelicht, inclusief het advies om direct contact op te nemen met DHL om dit verder te laten onderzoeken. Kuri Nüka heeft hierin gedaan wat binnen haar verantwoordelijkheid ligt: – de bestelling correct verwerkt en verzonden – actief met je gecommuniceerd – de juiste stappen uitgelegd om het bij de vervoerder op te lossen Het blokkeren op sociale media is geen standaardpraktijk van Kuri Nüka en gebeurt uitsluitend wanneer gesprekken herhaaldelijk escaleren via publieke kanalen terwijl er al actieve e-mailcommunicatie loopt, om verwarring en miscommunicatie te voorkomen. Kuri Nüka blijft transparant, zorgvuldig en professioneel handelen en staat altijd open om zaken op een nette manier af te ronden binnen de juiste kanalen. Maya x Founder, Kuri Nüka
