So
Is it really 100% raw and organic?
I have received the product in a few weeks which seems to be a miracle when I read all the bad reviews about so many people who are still waiting for the delivery... My concern is, the product comes from China... I saw that the brand answers to many reviews with the same concerns, assuring that China is just the third party on the delivery process, that the product is 100% real raw batana oil coming from Honduras etc... but how can we be sure ??? There is no logo on the packaging that mentions that it's organic, not tested on animal, fairtrade etc.... So how can we be sure that it's truly 100% organic? These kind of products normally have to pass tests to have an non gmo logo on the packaging, a logo that certifies the 100% raw, same thing for the cruelty free. But there is nothing on the packaging that refers to any of that. I wanted to scan it on Yuka but... there is no bar code!! Not really sure what it means but it does not reassure me tbh. As the product comes from China, the well known country of counterfeits, I really wonder if this product is really what they say it is. So for now Im not evn sure I feel confident to use it on my scalp... I understand this is probably a new company who doesnt really have a lot of experience in selling their products and ship it worldwide but in my opinion when you claim that your product is 100% raw organic, the least you should do is supporting your claims with labels that will give your reliability and prove to your clients that we can trust you. Especially when the main marketing communication of the brand is to say to people to be carefull because there are a lot of fake batana oil out there and we should be carefull to choose the right one!! Well... I need proof that your product is the right one... and blindly trust your website is not enough for me, especially when China sent me your product.

Thank you for sharing your concerns and giving us the chance to clarify. The product you received may have been shipped via a third-party logistics partner, which is why the shipping origin might appear different in tracking. This is only for fulfillment and international shipping purposes so that Kuri Nüka can safely and efficiently deliver our products worldwide. Please rest assured that the Batana Oil itself is 100% authentic and sourced exclusively from Honduras. Every jar is harvested and produced directly from the Batana nuts in Honduras, and we take care to maintain the raw, natural quality of the oil. While the packaging may not carry certain certification logos, Kuri Nüka has published proof of authenticity and our sourcing certifications for customers on our order page, so anyone can verify the origin of our oil. We understand how important transparency and trust are, and we are committed to providing a product that is genuinely pure, raw, and authentic. Maya x Founder, Kuri Nüka
