I bought this product in August 2025…
I bought this product in August 2025 and was qualified for the offer of buy 1 get 1 free. I purchased it and paid the total amount of £41 inclusive of delivery. I waited for almost one month to get this item, and when it arrived I only received one instead of 2. I wrote several emails to their customer service and the only time they responded was to give me a ticket number and promised to get back to me. I did not get any response till date. I am not happy with this company and i believe i have been scammed as I have been over charged! Buyers beware!!

Reactief vermogen nul
Heb in oktober 2025 producten besteld (#41154KN) die ik heb ontvangen. Echter bleek 1 van de 2 items zichtbaar gelekt te zijn. Zodoende had ik aangegeven aan Kuri Nuka per DM op Instagram en tevens aan Klarna (omdat de betaling via hen verliep). Tot op de dag van vandaag, nadat ik ze later voor de tweede keer had benaderd, heb ik hier NUL reactie op gehad. Ze zijn zeer gedreven met hun marketing via de mail en advertenties op Instagram destijds, maar het reactief vermogen lijkt nergens op. In totaal heb ik drie keer moeite gedaan om rechtstreeks in contact te komen: twee keer via Instagram en één keer per mail. Klarna steekt er ook geen moeite in om dit te verhalen bij hun client (Kuri Nuka). Dus dan betaal ik simpelweg ook niet, totdat ik een passende oplossing en/of een reactie krijg. Ik heb de producten nog steeds geseald thuis liggen en ik ben nu op het punt dat ik ze niet meer hoef. Kortom, ik hoop nu op een reactie via dit kanaal. Update 25-03: nog steeds nul gehoor vanuit Kuri Nuka. Ik raad dit bedrijf ten strengste af. Niks bestellen hier mensen!!! Ik ga andere instanties inschakelen om ze in beweging te krijgen.

Bedankt dat je de tijd hebt genomen om je ervaring te delen. Het spijt ons oprecht dat je deze ervaring hebt gehad en dat je je niet gehoord voelde. Na controle van ons systeem kunnen we helaas geen e-mail van je terugvinden met betrekking tot de gelekte pot, inclusief een foto van het product. Om je zo snel mogelijk te kunnen helpen, willen we je vragen om ons alsnog een foto van de gelekte pot te sturen. Zodra we deze hebben ontvangen, sturen we je kosteloos een vervangende pot. Daarnaast hebben we gezien dat er een geschil is geopend via je betalingsprovider. We hebben geprobeerd contact met je op te nemen voordat we op het geschil konden reageren, maar helaas hebben we geen reactie van je ontvangen. We helpen je nog steeds graag verder en doen ons best om dit alsnog netjes voor je op te lossen. We hopen snel van je te horen, zodat we direct een gratis vervangend product kunnen regelen. love, Maya

I buy 1 + 1 free and i get only 1. They cheating, its not good. Nog niks van Kuri Nüka gehoord!!! Weet heel goed dat er stond buy 1 + 1 free en nu is het veranderd. Het stond wel bij mij en vind het niet eerlijk. Ben niet de enige. Ken nog meer mensen die dit hebben meegemaakt. Daarom blijft het zo, jullie liegen.

Second review
This is my second review. After my complaint of no response from the company and no products received, I was contacted by the manager or director, the circumstance resulting to the above was explained to me and I accepted this explanation and apology. I received my order in good time after this and also got some free products as compensation. I have given this score because I know that this is a small company and are still finding their feet and they sounded sincere and were also able to keep to their promise.

Placed my order January 13th
Placed my order January 13th. Received tracking information that the package was departing China Jan 15th. Package supposedly arrived in the U.S. Jan 22nd. Nothing has happened since. Customer service refuses to help. Beware.

Kuri Nuka you are using other peoples videos that have NOTHING to do with your product and scamming people with it. I just saw TikTok User beautosal's video that shows that you are using her video that has nothing to do with Batana Oil and scamming people into thinking they used your product. Your product is from China and you are scamming everyone with your fake ads! This is highly unethical!

I contacted this company 2 days after I…
I contacted this company 2 days after I placed my order to cancel the order. I no longer was interested in purchasing the product. No response. After receiving the product I have contacted them multiple times for info on how to return. Its been nearly 3 weeks and they have not responded. Poor customer service. I do not support this company. In order to return their product they require you to use the product for 60 days. What kind of foolishness is that? How are you going to force me to use anf keep your product. They have no phone number for you to contact them. You are at the mercy of them responding to your email, which they wont. Better Business Bureau and who ever else I need to report them to here I come.

We did respond to your enquiry and explained that orders begin processing within 12 hours of being placed and are prepared for shipment shortly thereafter. Unfortunately, your cancellation request was received after this processing timeframe, which meant we were no longer able to stop the order before it was dispatched. We also explained that, due to the nature and sensitivity of our products, we are unable to accept returns at this time, even if the product remains unopened. This policy is in place because returned personal care products cannot be resold once they have left our facility. We understand this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, and we sincerely apologise for any disappointment caused. I have sent about 20 emails and have…
I have sent about 20 emails and have not received a response to any of them. I can not remove my credit card information from their system and they keep sending me products when I have asked them many times to cancel the subscription because the link to manage the subscription is broken. No one will call me, all I get is automated emails saying they have received my concern. This is very bad customer service.
