After struggling to put a claim through with a faulty website, I've now waited months, followed up multiple times also using different emails for Kryptonite, and got nothing back. Poor, poor, poor customer service. And since my bike got stolen - clearly not a great lock either. Oh and if you're reading this, Kryptonite and want to come good - my claim number is 109083.

Kryptonite have been ignoring my email (my ticket numbers are #390519, #417975.) for almost a year. their customer service is a joke. Definitely never recommend.

I received 2 spare bike locks as expected. Good response to my chasing emails which explained there was a delay due to high number of requests.

I requested a replacement key as part of the key safe programme and have not heard anything for over a week. I don’t understand why there is such poor customer service- surely it should be easy to send an email with tracking details.

My 4 months old New York lock stopped working (and it had been troublesome from the start, getting jammed regularly). I have made a warranty request with kryptonite, and heard nothing at all except an automatic e-mail. Is there a customer service at all? Update 11th May: Kryptonite said they will contact me, requested my details which I provided immediately. Nothing again, silence. Expensive bike lock that didn’t last even few months, disappointing. Update 19th May: I changed my rating to 4 starts as after my last update I had an e-mail saying new lock will be sent to me. And today I have received it. Thank you. Shame it takes to go to trustpilot to get things resolved though.

my bike was stolen two months ago. i filed a claim but never got an answer a part from the automatic email from their system . Asked for a follow up and never got a response . From UK seems to be impossible to call them . In 2023 with VOIP technology been an everyday thing for businesees seems unreal that you don't have a working/free European number .

Really confused about the key safe program?? I registered for a replacement nearly a month ago, got a reply saying they would send them 'when they were able to' and I haven't received anything or had any response to my two follow up queries. I don't have a clue if the key hasn't been sent or it's been sent and is stuck somewhere and no one is replying with no phone to call. Terrible customer service, I originally got this lock over another for this program but think I'm just going to have to end up getting a different lock anyway :(. Would be ok to take a while if there was at least some communication about it. If you're going to advertise this then it should be more of a priority! Update: Got a reply after posting this review that my key would be sent out by the end of last week and I'd get a notification when it happened. No notification and my ticket has been closed so still don't think the key safe program is real.

Ich habe ein Kryptonite Bügelschloss Evolution Series 4 gekauft und will diese Schlüssel dazu registrieren. Auf der entsprechenden Website taucht dieses Modell garnicht auf, bzw. mit undefinierbaren Ergänzungen, sodass ständig Fehlermeldungen kommen, wenn ich die Schlüsselnummern eingeben will. Das ist ein völlig mieser Service!!!
