Kole Imports has the worst customer service. They don't return phone calls or emails. It took 9 days to process an order and then provided a fake tracking #. Beware. This company does not care about your business. Alma Corral and Michael Franco- you guys should be ashamed of how you handle business.

Outstanding customer service and resolution help. Michael Franco was immediately on top of any issue and had everything handled before the call was over. I gave you 1 star because you have been ignoring me since March of this year. I have contacted you on several occasions with no response. You have my money and the products, I'm going to need one or the other. I'm tired of this. It is not that difficult to return my money or ship my products to my home. This is sad to be my first experience with you all...shame on you.
