Kole Imports & CloseoutsReviews of koleimports.com

Harold is a great guy to work with. Makes the ordering process simple to do. Like the way he stands up for the company and the customer.

Great service, fast delivery just taked 5 days from the delivery to received the product's, great quality, we will continue doing business, thank you very much! God bless you!!!

Everybody answer my questions I didn't have to wait a couple days was awesome

I made a test purchase so I wouldn’t have to invest a large amount of money right away in products from a supplier I hadn’t dealt with before. One of the three items arrived damaged. I contacted support, and they asked me to provide photos, the invoice number, and the product name (including the SKU). After I did that, they didn’t respond for several days. After I sent a request to check the status of this case, I was again asked to provide details about the damaged product. I provided the details again and waited, but once again, no one responded for a week. I emailed them again to find out the status of the case. As a result, I haven’t heard back from anyone for a long time, and they’re simply ignoring me. I don’t recommend doing business with them, as you might receive damaged goods and no one will refund your money.

My order is on time and the quality of the product is very good.
