I ordered reusable Stitch bags to use to put my nephews birthday presents it. They came in today and they sent me Mickey Mouse instead. My nephew is obsessed with Stitch. I reached out about it I was told to take them to a store and exchange them ok where near me has them. No where. Told me my only option was to order and wait for them to come in next week. The birthday dinner is at my house Sunday that does not work for me. Asked for a manager twice was told same thing I'd have to wait for standard shipping. I ordered these a week before his birthday they made the error not me and I waited on a chat until right after telephone hours were done before they told me that I'd have to call the toll free number. Just wanted them overnighted, so I could make my nephew smile. And when I was given the toll free number I asked if that was the corporate number for complaints also I was told I could get the requested details over the phone.

I ordered something online on Sunday, but on Wednesday, all items are still showing in fulfillment, it says arrival date of March 27th to April 2nd when I ordered. I called customer service and reached someone who couldn't help in any way including his manager and they said that they work in Mexico. But today 27th already, they are still in fulfillment status, I called the local Kohl's store to see whether they can help with the order, but they told me that they couldn't find my order. It's so strange. I need those stuff arrive in time for my open house. I have been Kohl's customer for 15+ years already, seldom run into such case. Upgrade to 3 stars since I got notification of ready for shipping today. Hopefully it can arrive in time for the open house. And will update then.

These beauty products ruined my skin, and the customer service was awful. Never buying here again.

this is about a store Kohl's rating. This is for people that do not know this is for a amazon drop off it will say on the receipt that they start the credit within 2 days after drooping your package off but l found out they make you Wait 21 days.. they wait until they get enough packages and then they send it out by the week which l do not know un less its an emergency l will not use them aging l think its ridiculous that make me want 21 days to get my money back

3/23/2025 at Kohl's in Hilliard Ohio. Wanting to know the price of my appliance before waiting in line I walked all over the store looking for a scanner. After about 5-minutes I found an associate scanning merchandise. She informed me all wall scanners were removed because Kohl's wanted customers to use their Kohl's app. I explained I did not have the app and did not want to install at that moment. She walked away from me without offering assistance (remember she was holding a scanner) or anything. I put down my selection and will not be back.

Store is fine. BUT the website is garbage! Slow and not user friendly. Paying off my card at the store because the website and app are so terrible. Then closing my account

I visited the Kohl's Clay/Liverpool, NY store on 3/14/2025 to shop in the Sephora Beauty section for a concealer to match my skin tone - always a challenge for me to get it right. I lucked out though; Connie, the Sephora associate on duty that evening, gave me her full attention, and helped me select a shade that not only matched, but enhanced my skin tone. She really nailed it, and in the process, explained how the number/letter color codes of the concealer indicate the intensity and shade of the cosmetic, so as to better match a person's skin tone and shade. Connie identified my skin tone, found a really good match in a Sephora concealer, and in the process, gave me a useful tutorial in how to shop more successfully for cosmetics. So helpful! And thanks to Connie for her patience in giving me answers and explanations. Very happy with my purchase!

Fraudulent Credit Card Change I was attempting to make an online purchase this morning and received a message that my Kohl's credit card number was no longer valid. I have been a card holder for 24+ years and have never had a late payment and rarely, if ever, had a balance that rolled forward. I was confused. I called the number on my Kohl's card and was asked for a 16-digit number, my number is only 12-digits, 1st clue. After surviving a frustrating phone tree, I spoke with someone who told me I should have received a new card from Capital One. I said I did not authorize this switch and did not receive a new card. He went right into "let's get you another card" mode. He began asking questions, none to invasive. I was still feeling confused since I thought I should have been asked to approve a new card and accept their terms... Eventually, he said that my husband and I would need to send them copies of our state issued I.D.'s! I said, "no thank you". I think Kohl's needs me more than I need them - I will just send them a good-bye review. This is no way to treat a long-standing customer. Over the years other retailers have made similar changes, so I do understand. The difference is the way the changes were managed. I was informed in advance, felt that I had a voice in the matter, and continued to feel valued as a customer. Kohls - I did not cancel my account and if making this change without my consent impacts my credit you will hear from me again.
