I recently ordered an adjustable folding table, solely to take advantage of Kohl’s cash and rewards I received. When I got it, the table didn’t work properly. I returned it locally, but didn’t pay close attention to the amount credited. When I went to adjust my payment in the app, I noticed there was a discrepancy between what was paid and credited. Customer service said shipping charges are non-refundable. So I paid to have a broken item sent to me. Beware, and know they have one less credit card customer.

I like Kohl's a lot but am very disappointed that Capital One took over Kohl's credit card. I have had their credit card for many years. Now in order to access my card info on line they need to verify my phone number by having me email my photo ID to some call center in who knows where!! I said No there must be another way. You have my name, address, account # , SS#, that should be enough. They said no other way but emailing photo ID. I hung up on them and won't use my Kohl's card anymore. It's a shame they ruined their accounts.

I ordered three pair of shorts priced at $19.99/per, online on 3/23/25. I had a problem placing the order and called customer non-service for assistance. No help. I then called my local kohl's for assistance. Some help from Beverly! I had to call customer non-service again and I was able to place the order. The delivery date was 3/27-4/02. I contacted customer non-service today, 3/04 to let them know I had not received my order. The nice lady advised me my order had not shipped due to USPS not going to their fulfillment center. Why no one at the fulfillment center was aware of a lack of shipping my order is sheer stupidity. She stated she could resend my order minus 1 pair of shorts that were OOS and expedite the shipment. She indicated she would issue a refund for the OOS 3rd pair of shorts and then put in a new order for those shorts that magically became available. The new price was $24.99 for the one pair. The new orders are to be received on different days if I'm expected to believe the information provided. We proceeded to go around in circles trying to resolve my issue since it made no sense to pay additional money for kohl's mistake. As it turns out my original order now cost me $5 more. Even though I had previously requested a supervisor, the nice lady would not transfer me until the call was well over an hour in length. She then transferred me with no indication of doing so. I wanted some type of compensation for my inconvenience but neither the nice lady nor the supervisor offered any. In the end the supervisor hung up on me. I would not recommend using kohls online to anyone due to the fact that in the course of my original purchase and the problem resolving the shipping issue, I could have driven to my local kohl's 4 times to make a direct purchase.

When we closed our Kohl's account it had a $9 balance. They locked us out of their payment system online so that we could not pay it. We had forgotten about it since it was only $9 and over spring break when I finally got through to pay it it was $188 and they would not take off any of the $180 late fees of a $9 balance. What a s*** show

Stuff is to expensive, even on sale. Clothes does not last, and returns take forever. Not shopping here again.

Bought a so-called “premium” hoodie. After one wash, it looked like I wrestled a bear in it—shrunk, pilled, and lost color.

This place has gone downhill. Overpriced stuff, coupons that never work, and the checkout takes forever. Employees act like they don’t wanna be there, and good luck finding help. Total waste of time.

Kohls used to be so neat and organized in Landsdale. The store looks horrible. The idea of the new checkout system is terrible and looks so messy and disorganized. Everything is so cluttered and they should figure out a way to make the store look presentable. I avoid it now and I used to enjoy going shopping there.
