Refusing to offer My Pillow products to appease outside political interests is offensive to me. I will not buy any more from Kohls

Is this still America? Is this the wonderful country that I grew up in? Is it now a country where companies drop products such as Mike Lindell's because they don't believe in his political views? What is happening to free speech? If this continues we will no longer live in a country where we have a free market. How disappointing that your company has caved to the far left cancel culture. My expectation is that you will see your profits fall, and it will help you realize the error you have made. God bless America! Let's keep it the glorious country it has always been.

Customer service is really and very poorly not knowing anything about all there services like Egift cards and who deals with them. My son just got ripped off big time. long story short after a month of going back and forth and being told to wait and talk to this dep and that dept. Well today was told that i spent my gift card on the 12th and 14th Jan 2021. I had called them on the 16th Jan like i was told and no mention that the card was used and told that they never heard of the dept that handles e gift cards . Kohls is the one who gave me the number to call by email and yet no one knows anything. So my son and i had our accounts looked in to and no sign of anything hacked. So Kohls i am very disappointed in how you handled all this and with no real respect for the consumer You made me feel like you did not care and i felt like i did not matter. This happened on your end and you can not admit it.This could have been resolved from the beginning if employees had the tools and the knowledge of the Kohls company. I could have had my gift a lot lot sooner and not some one else. Very poor customer service

I’ve been a kohls fan for a long time but I will be canceling my kohl’s credit card and never using kohl’s again after what they did to My Pillow. If they Are going to discriminate Trump supporters then I guess I will discriminate kohl’s.

My wife has been a big time customer of Kohl’s for as long as I can remember. Even though she very seldom even watches any news she learned of their dropping My Pillow products due to political reasons and she and my daughter now refuse to do any more business with them!

I am an actual customer, and was going to leave a 1 star review due to a real problem I had with Kohl's, but left a 5 star review because they stopped carrying MyPillow. These people who are complaining about cancel culture in the same message they are saying we will never do business with Kohl's (i.e.. we are cancelling Kohl's - it is fine when we use cancel culture because we are clear headed unlike the rest of you) and that not wishing to carry MyPillow is an infringement of Mike Lydell's free speech rights are showing just how moronic they are. Free speech does not mean you can say anything you want with out any consequences. If you yell fire in a movie theater,when there is no fire, and people get trampled to death, you are responsible for their injuries, your lie caused harm to people. Lying has consequences. Mike Lydell repeatedly lied about the election, helped fund people to lie about the election, and now a Capitol police officer is dead (the same people complaining about Mike Lydell's "right" to lie without consequence, are people who usually claim to be pro police, don't care that a police officer died as a result of his, and others lies. I bought a number of items from Kohl's including a set of drinking glasses. The shipped out the drinking glasses putting the box inside a larger box with no packing at all. I now have had to spend 15 minutes on the phone with a customer service person, who was very helpful, but I still had to spend the time, and now have to deal with a box of broken glass. I understand that people have to work from home during covid, and the person I dealt with was professional, helpful and easy to understand, but it was obvious from their accent and the rooster constantly crowing in the back ground (meaning that where ever they are they are located in a time zone approximately 12 hours out of EST, leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Many Americans are out of work, we are the ones shopping at Kohl's, spending their money with your company, and you are in turn using that money to create jobs outside of the US. I will not continue to shop at Kohls for those real reasons.

Why would you take My Pillow products out of your stores? Should Conservatives stop shopping at Kohl’s? I believe that would seem fair.............

Since Removing Mike Lindell's My Pillow products from your stores, my family will never step foot in one of your stores or buy anything online from you again. We actually have purchased quite a bit of product from you in the past. Never again!
