worst customer service ever, especially when I received the phone call from a women name "Nicole" in Khol's CEO with disgusting personality, for an overdue return, what was very shocking she was asking me why I purchase quantity items for resale, AND SHE ASKING ME TO NOT TO BUY FROM kohl's, very rude women, very negative, very bad attitude, and yes she was not regular employees I'm going to obey her and advise everyone to not to buy anything from kohl's 🤢🤢🤢

So I'm handicapped I have COPD and asthma and I don't walk well cuz if it problems so I went to the Kohl's by woodland Mall in Grand Rapids Michigan and I pull up to a door closest to where I know I need to go inside of the store and there are signs on the doors all of them that say that you can't use those doors you got to go to some different doors so confused I went over to the other doors and made the long Trek all the way through the store back to where I needed to be did my return and then asked to speak to a manager while waiting at least four people came around me without masks on and they're just shopping and nobody's saying anything to them and so when the manager gets there I ask her you know why is the door shut I needed to use that door I'm handicapped whatever and she informs me that it has to say shut because of covid because they have to keep the numbers of customers inside the store down because of covid and I'm like well it might help if you start by first enforcing The mask policy that the governor has mandated and that Joe Biden has mandated for a federal building and she said well we can't really enforce that but we can enforce the number of people we let in our store and I basically looked at her and told her I won't be back you're losing customers because you're locking doors or at least telling people the doors are locked because at this point she then informs me that two of the doors are actually not locked and if I'd like to use them I can in the future at this point now I'm irritated and like I said I will be sending the video that I took of the people inside their store without wearing masks to the CDC and OSHA

3 out of 4 times I have ordered from Kohl’s they have sent me the completely wrong size. I order a XL and they send me a S. How does that even happen that many time? I will never order online again. Terrible experience.

I purchased two pieces of luggage from Kohl’s in Sioux Falls by the Mall. I took the suitcase on two short trips and the suitcase ripped when I tried to load it in the rental car. I took it back to the store and first the gal said she could not take it back. Then the Manager got involved and told me I could switch it but it had to be the exact same price. I found one that I liked that was $20.00 less than I paid and they would not let me trade even when I told them they could keep the $20.00 difference. Terrible customer service!!! Both seemed to have an attitude! Now I have a crapy suitcase that screams cheap, cheap, cheap! Terrible service....giving on star is being generous!

Placed an order Jan 17th. Three pairs of jeans arrived with security tags and absolutely useless to me. Called & spoke w/Madalena; this is where trouble began. I was to get a full refund to my Kohls card. Waiting 7 days no credit. Then, I get a letter in the mail with a merch credit for $3, noting that $45 was credited to my account. But, the credit was supposed to be over $73 for 3 jeans!!! Where's the rest? Called & spoke to another rep. Waited again, no refund. After about 5 more reps over a few weeks time all giving me their word it would be resolved, finally a supervisor stepped in and made sure the remaining credit was processed March 11! But wait, it gets better. I was given Kohls cash for my weeks of trouble and inconvenience; I placed another order March 14 with 1 item available curbside at my nearest Kohls. Minutes later, I get a text that the order was cancelled because the item was not available there! Recd an email with new Kohls cash to replace what I just used only to find that the number & pin issued was invalid! So, back to calling c.s. Spoke with Carlos & said he sent another kkash email but it was the same as the invalid one. He tries again and again then issues another new one but doesn't have the pin!!?? I can't use without the pin and now I'm out of my Kkash! Told me that he would issue it on the customer service side but it can take up to 48 hours. Well here it is and I don't have it and I'm out of Kkash but loaded with frustation. I have about 8 different reference numbers for all the calls yet when you call in, it takes the rep 5-8 minutes to help and then I have to re-explain everything. What a customer service nightmare! Very hard to conduct business with Kohls online. I put a call into corporate office and have yet to hear from someone. All stemming from a transaction in mid January.I finally did get contacted by corporate. Lisa was very apologetic and offered to get another order out to me. Great, right? The order arrives...WITH SECURITY TAGS!!! Lisa apologized again admitting it’s unacceptable. She sent out another order and finally a product I can use without security tags!

Refusing to offer My Pillow products to appease outside political interests is offensive to me. I will not buy any more from Kohls

Kohl's, too bad Kohl's experience in store has been so disappointing. Stopped going there years ago because of the way my handicapped daughter was treated. Your 'Spring with all you've got' commercial is great!!!!!! I actually enjoy watching it, it is so uplifting. Too bad that feeling does not translate into store appreciation of customers.

This is a terrible company with a terrible payment system for customers who are unfortunate enough to use their charge cards. Their idea of a Autopay schedule allows you to either pay the full amount (why use the card then!?) or the minimum (which never pays off the card because of interest). If you are responsible and savvy as a person, this is easy to maneuver around and get it paid off. But for those unsuspecting victims who are not tech savvy like my parents who have been paying off a $150 for 2 years at $27 a month. This is flat out criminal. These people have no conscience. And if this recession ends them then I say I hope the board members who signed off on this fraud never get a paying job again!
