I did a phone order
I did a phone order. All I wanted was a pair of pants. First pair, I was told OUT OF STOCK. Every size, every color. Then I'm told her "internet is slow". So I ordered another pair of pants. She asked for my email and name and repeated it back to me. I said I want the order sent to the store. She said its going to "the store". I asked WHAT STORE? She named one three hours from me. I said no! Got it to sent to correct location. I asked for the amount and my order number. Fast forward, I have nothing about my order. I called in. She put the wrong name and wrong email address. My order is in and I paid for it but someone else's name and email address are on the order. So I can't get it. I called in and said cancel the order I paid for. NO, we can't do that because I don't know the name or email address that this woman put into the order. I called Capitol One to dispute the order. She says, "I see the order. And its sitting at the store" She said even though I am correct that it isn't my name, I cannot dispute this order until SOMEONE picks it up!
