why does almost every item I purchase ship separate. when I order about 14 items I'll have like 10 different tracking numbers. why can't everything be shipped together at the same time.

I've been a loyal customer for over 20 yrs but the time has come to move on. My deliveries are always late or come piece by piece; and I order at least once a month for my family. My last order was in fulfillment for 5 days which was an issue for me since it was for my son heading off to college. Lately, I am buying more from Walmart, Amazon and Old Navy, even JC Penney because they are more reliable. Hope it improves, use to be my go- to store for discounts but honestly the delays don't make up for it.

Kohl's Customer Service online is Horrible! I cannot ever get into my Account. I finally spoke to a person, made issue worse. Even though I am in rough health status, I'm being made to go to the Store to make it, instead of working with me to actually get into my Account online. Paying off the small balance of $20. I should have listened when everyone I know told me not to get a Kohl's credit card. I'm done shopping Kohl's.

The customer service is horrible, and lines are way to long. The cashier I had was very rude and didn’t like I asked a question they could not answer! She called the manger for help and rolled her eyes . The store manager was very rude and, when I asked for the corporate # she pointed to the back of the store and told me I can get it in the customer service area 🫣! She didn’t know it! Sad part is I just open a Kohl’s card and I’m closing it!

Horrible changes. Huge Sephora replaced popular departments. Entire side of cashier lines removed. Long long lines at only open registers. No wonder they are going out of business.

Kohls is a great shop especially when you have just moved to the country and are in desperate need of filling your house! We were served by a wonderful woman called Jeannie who works in the Norfolk VA shop. She couldn’t be more helpful as we had loads of questions and even went onto help us with discounts and information! Couldn’t of been a more pleasant experience all thanks to Jeannie!

I would do a 0 star but not able to. After being a customer of Kohl’s for many years I have no reason to continue to shop there. I did all my shopping in the Petite section for many years at Kohl’s. From dress clothes, t-shirts to shorts and jeans. All my Lee petite jeans and shorts came from Kohl’s. Kohl’s has taken out there petite section and extended the plus size clothing. So if your plus size they have all you need. If you are older or just petite like myself you will not have any clothing to shop. Not sure who or how they make these decisions but it is discrimination against petite women! Very sad after so many years!
