Very unhappy with the way the specials are ran. I've had a Kohl's card for 12 years. My grand kids have only one parent. I've been here buying school clothes for them at Kohl's for the last 12 yrs. Youngest is starting high school this year. I'm 73 yrs old and had to work over the weekend. On Monday 8/22/2022 I took the grand daughter spent over $470. With no discounts. The grand kids live almost 2 hours away. I worked 48 hours the last couple week at two jobs never can take off for your specials. Very disappointed in your specials. I feel ripped off.

I am at the Wisconsin Dells store and it is disgusting. The aisles are packed with unopened boxes and racks of clothes that makes the aisles almost impassable. If you don't have room for the merchandise don't stack it in the aisles. There are more entire section of discounted stuff jammed in you couldn't even possibly look at them. I use to buy all my clothes from Kohl's but no longer. It looks like junk.

If it was possible to give less than a star I would've. I love kohls store. Phone customer service is HORRIBLE. I had a package was lost. I knew it was lost the supplier & UPS knew it was lost. Kohls refused to do anything. I was told by 5 reps that there was nothing they could do until the 19th as delivery was promised by 18th. So as I needed product by 18th I found it on Amazon(got it prime overnight.) I was busy for 5 days after shipment was due so I called on 6th day and was given run around for 40 mins cause it was only 6 days and I'd have to call back next day to get refund.

This company is one of the worst to deal with at the corporate level. I had returned my items at the store level after paying cash for them in store. I lost my receipt. The store manager respectfully respectively agreed to do a cash return for me even tho I misplaced receipt. It Took 8 months from return date to get any kind of compensation from this horrible company. It took about 5 hours of call time spanning over 8 phone calls checking on my refund status. All while having to explain my situation every time i called to check even while providing a reference number each time. When I finally got something back after 8 months it was a merchandise credit instead of the check that was promised by the corporate management team. I am over disgusted with this pathetic company. I advise anyone to stay away if you really value your time.P.S. The phone number for corporate returns on the bottom of the receipts is no longer in service!!!!

On two different occasions my 80 year old mother has been harassed and cursed at by employee calling her and saying she hasn't made a payment, when infact she has her payments up to date. An in-store employee told her that there is often misinformation logged in or it isn't logged in immediately therefore it looks like a late payment or no payment. But my mom has all her bank statements so don't get it twisted. Do not ever call my mother to harass her again!!!!! Get your employees in check because this isn't right and will not be tolerated.

Buyer beware I made an online order with Kohl’s for pick up in store everything went fine up until I checked my bank account and found that Kohl’s had released my credit card information to a company called freeshipping.com apparently they are an affiliate of Kohl’s and charged me $13 when I contacted Kohl’s they had no real excuse for releasing my credit card information to a company which I did not approve or had knowledge of them doing this is just wrong how dare they release my credit card information without my knowledge or approval beware of this company

I always take it upon myself to give a positive review when something positive happens. I was recently at the Kohls in Franklin, TN and found a blouse I loved. Unfortunately, they only had one size in a color I didn't care for... and it had some makeup stains on it. I saw online that they had two other color choices. I went to customer service to see if I could get it shipped to the store nearest me in Spring Hill. I didn't know they no longer offered the Kiosk where I could do that. The lady named Michelle was fabulous and walked me patiently through how to order on the app and get free shipping. Did you know that if you order a product on the app WHILE you are in the Kohls store there is free shipping?!?! I couldn't get it to give me free shipping, but she helped both my mom and I for at least twenty minutes try and get the free shipping. After multiple attempts of putting the item in the cart and then deleting it, the app finally worked. The app itself is horrible, but Michelle was so great and patient. It was my birthday 8/21/80 and her kindness was so wonderful. She deserves to be recognized and praised.

Manager at Miramar store needs people skills. They applied the wrong coupon and when I went the next day with my receipt and coupon, they said sorry coupon expired and would not help me. She prevented any other store associate from trying to help me too. Needs training.
