I’m so tired of being offered the credit card and how I can pay it off right away blah, blah , blah. Well, today a cashier made me out to be some kind of idiot for not accepting the credit card! I told her nicely four times I’m not interested and she proceeded to show me why I need to get it! After I said kindly again, no Thankyou, she rolled her eyes and said,, okay you don’t like to save money! Do not make a fool out of me Kohls!!Treading on thin ice kohls!! I’ve spent alot of money here in the past and maybe done with kohls!! After reading the other reviews,, it’s time to find a new go to !!!

Worst company to deal with! I have gotten cards from other stores and when you make a payment you see the difference. NOT WITH KOHLS DO NOT GET A KOHLS CARD! this will be the biggest mistake ever! I been paying on this card for 2 years now and I haven’t shopped there since.

Kohl’s seems to be getting worse. I ordered items on line on 3/3 and 13 days later I still have not received items. Called customer service who could find my order but not where it is. “She talked to a supervisor” I need to call back tomorrow if I don’t receive pick up text. Then they will cancel order. Frustrating I have it shipped to store when I can because this is not my first time with a problem. Also the Kohl’s bucks don’t seem to pay off anymore. I went to use a few times with discount and it will cost me more. Cannot figure that out. The quality of the items I usually purchase have gone down hill. Not what I expected.

I am never shopping kohls again. I paid my $11.39 bill before it was due. Kept getting messages I still owed. Kept putting an additional 1.00 for interest. Have called two times, trying to get me to pay it. I have proof from my bank that it was paid two months ago. The supervisor still asked me if I wanted to pay my bill now. NO. It is under review. She said I could fax proof that it was paid. I don’t have a fax machine. I’ve spent way too much time and lost out on 40% off because my card is frozen. For $11.39, they have lost a customer. I’ve paid my bill on time for years and she could see this. She still wouldn’t unfreeze my card. Bad business model. I’ll shop elsewhere. It’s March 27th. I had to contact my bank then call their place where the online checks go out. Kohls had mailed a letter and the check to me after stating they couldn’t find an account even thought the check had my address and last four digits of my credit card on it. The same way I’ve been sending checks to them for years. Now it is done. I hope. I paid the $11.39 . In a couple of weeks, I will cancel my Kohl’s charge card.

Kohl’s is an awful store. I earned 60.00 dollars cold cash. You go to the website and can’t find anything on line availability’OUT OF STOCK,YOU CANNOT PICK UP.” Not only that but everything is shipping charge over 75.00 is free shipping. WHAT THE HECK? What if I want to avoid a shipping charge? IM GOING TO Pay WHAT I OWE AND CLOSING MY ACCOUNT!

Good products good prices but closed all dressing rooms but 1 (used to have at least 3.) Greenwood IN store. Had 2 of the 6 rooms in the single dressing room blocked off- for storage??? or something, on a Saturday. No one to clear away the masses of clothes from the fitting rooms. People waiting in long lines for chance to try on clothes. For a large clothing store this is rude and insane.

I went to pick up an online order and I was told that I needed code from email, which I didn’t have. I received through the kohl app. to pick up my order. The customer service desk representative said that it was either self pick up or that she had to go back and get it. I was confused because I had never heard of this before and she said that she was going to call the manager and that I could be rude to her? I told the manager that I would not be picking up the order and that I would be contacting central office, which I did. I closed my account as well. Don’t shop with kohl’s, they are the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Never again will I place an online order with kohls I placed 2 orders on 3/5 and 3/6 for t shirts for when it gets warmer a total of 17 shirts so far they have been sending them 1 at a time on different days using different shipping companies fedex lasership usps and ups its ridiculous
