Paid my Kohl's charge balance in full 3 days before the 5/8 due date. Saw the electronic draw from my bank account. Got a bill one week later with a Late Charge. What a sh!tshow Kohl's is. This is the second time this has happened with this company. They cannot go out of business soon enough! Cancelling my card and never going back!

Terrible customer service. My issue has Not been resolved. Spoke with 6 people.

Every time I have shopped here there is some issue with their "cash rewards" and other supposed perks. Recently I ordered a product that I found to be considerably less at the manufacturers website and they wouldn't price match. So I will return it and not shop at Kohls again. If you shop there check around for better prices before you buy and be very careful with their supposed "perks".

Used to love Kohls and my Kohls card. But, over the last few years I hardly buy anything there. I go to Kohls to return Amazon purchases. While I’m in there I browse and always walk out empty handed. Most Kohls got rid of their jewelry which I loved. They got rid of the majority of the best clothing lines they had. They tried to draw customers in by putting in Sephora. If I wanted to go to Sephora I would. Kohls jacks up all the prices and then gives you a coupon that many items are excluded from. Honestly, I used to think Kohls was a great alternative to Macys but now I feel it’s the other way around. You would think that Kohls would realize how many people are using their Kohls card less and less and would realize their new “alternatives” just aren’t working. If anything they are making matters worse. I’m sure it’s a matter of time before we hear Kohls start closing their doors.

THE worst customer service. I thought it could be just one particular store. But no. I live in Washington state. I’ve been to the Kohls at Kent, Covington, and south center. Everyone working there, did Not care you there nor if you wanted to buy anything. To Kohls: get your act together! You have good products with great prices. But I’ve literally dropped the items I WAS going to buy. And walked out empty handed. Because you don’t hire well! By the way, I have a Kohls card that I will never use.

Went up to front cashier to ask for help at shoe dept. They said they where going to send someone waited for about 15mins later and no one never came I think because I was Mexican racist store workers this happened on bell and 55thave phoenix,az

I'd give them a zero if I could. I purchased a new shark cordless pet plus. With my coupon I paid $259.99. It came, I opened it thinking it seemed to have a lot of tape. It's used! I couldn't believe it. I'm so mad but the only customer service number I have goes to the Philippines. No happy kohls.

I was reluctant on using Kohl's online for shipment and now I wish I didn't. My item never came, was told it was delivered and it wasn't than found out there was a glitch in the system and I have been waiting over 1.5 weeks for my item that is stuck in some other city in my state. Issued a refund that can take up to a week first of all and second I don't have a week to wait. I need to go out of my way now and finishing purchasing my son's prom stuff.
