Ordered some shoes twice never received my product buyers beware this company is a fraud reordered a few days same message error with delivery they lack accountability and great response to their customers will never shop there again

After using my charge card and not having my reward show, I presented it on my phone and attempted to show my rewards card. She rushed me to customer service and ignored me presenting my card and insisted on my phone number. I informed her it was on my email. She sighed and said I'll have to start over again. I just disregarded my other discounts and exited. Only 3 customers in the store. I was rushed and the sarcastic ma'am every other word made me feel unappreciated as a loyal customer for more than 5 years.

Great deals, shoes and awesome packaging. They ship really fast via UPS and gift arrived in time for Christmas. Plus my husband loves them!

I tried to return an item to the Amazon return kiosk. It took me at least 10 minutes to pull up the return code on my phone using Kohls Wifi. It would not let me access the data usage on my phone which would have been faster. When I asked to speak to someone about it the clerk refused to call someone. Said " Thats the way it is." No customer service at all.

I canceled my pickup order. Received an email stating that I would receive a merchandise credit, by mail, within 15 days. Never received after 23 days. Took me forever to get anyone to answer a chat. Albert, from chat, says the email is wrong, it’s 28 days. Why isn’t it electronic in this day and age?? Will never use a gift card or shop at Kohl’s again. No way it should take 4 weeks to receive something in the mail. No wonder they’re bankrupt. Worst customer service experience ever.

If I could leave zero stars I would! The worst online shopping website ever! You can't even get into your own account, It literally took me over an hour to put an order through! If I could have ordered it anywhere else I would! Not to mention it took FOREVER TO GET HERE and they charged me $20 shipping when I've been charged no shipping and received it in 2 days. The worst!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

False advertising a whole shelf full of merchandise and they saying the price wrong and took it down and wanted me to pay a different price

I shopped for more than 4 hours at Kholes and I stopped in to Sephora and was immediately greeted by Katrina helping me find products that would work for my acne-prone skin. She helped me go step through step to find the best routine that will work well with my type of skin with reliable and high quality products. The process was a journey, leaving my items with her behind the counter so I could come back later and check out, and then trying to find as many coupons as possible to get the most affordable prices in total, and much more. Katrina was the most helpful person there could be, helping me with this and going way above and beyond to assist me in the most helpful ways. It truly payed off, I never felt judged or annoyed with, she was just there with a smile doing everything in her power to make my visit the best it could be. Thank you Katrina, at Kholes in Fort Collins, 80528.
