I ordered sandals online for my daughter’s Christmas Gift last November. We live in Michigan so she did not need them until recently. They Had aent me 2 Different sizes and refused returning Them as it has been too long.

I’ve called all the Kohl’s phone numbers and Capital One. I’ve been hung up on 3 times. I’m inquiring about my credit score getting lowered because of your business. Nobody seems to be able to help me. I’m taking all the information I have and I am reporting this situation to the FTC and the BBB.

Make you jump through a hundred hoops to try and return something…and makes you pay the return shipping for a defective product!!

I applied for a kohls CC at checkout. It was accepted and was told my CC would arrive in the mail in a couple of weeks. It never came. I went to Kohls and they pulled up my account. I was told the system used the address on my scanned drivers license even though I entered my new address on the application. (I had just moved two weeks prior). I was directed to call Kohls customer service to correct it. I called and gave my new address to a person that spoke very poor English and was hard to understand. After I gave my address, the person said, “ok you’re all set, anything else”? I asked this person to verify the address info I just provided them before we hang up. They had the street number wrong and both parts of the street name were misspelled. Carelessness and incompetency

I have been a customer since 1995. This is the first time I have given a bad review. I received athletic shoes that were purchased on 11/2022 as a gift but did not use them right away. I wore them for the first time 07/2023 and the sole pulled off after 2 days. I tried to return them to Kohl's but was told they could not be returned since it had been past the 6 month return window. I also called customer service and was told they could not return them, that I should take them back to the store for return. I feel that since the shoes were defective, Kohl's should have waived the date restriction. This is poor customer service.

I have had a credit card with kohls for years, never had a problem, but for two months if I try ordering on line it always wants a new password,' I have so many passwords! Now with new credit card with Capital One its even worst. I try ordering with help from associate and they tell me that they cannot help me because they are not with Capital One, so I call Capital One and they tell me they do not do ordering one line that I need to talk to Kolhs, s it seems one hand does not know what the other is doing. Who is the person at Kohls who is in charge? Am I the only one have a problem ordering online? If I could I would rate you 0 stars!

If I could do 0 stars I would. DONT GET A CREDIT CARD!!! To pay it, you have to use the automated system which is terrible and doesn’t even give you time to add in your bank information and you can only do it twice and then you have to speak with someone who won’t even help you they just make you re do it which again DOESNT GIVE YOU TIME TO ADD IN YOUR BANK INFO.
