I find it strangely fascinating that all the items that I wanted to purchase at Kohl's were "lay flat to dry".
Though expensive, the material could not be dried in a dryer on low or very low!! Went to Walmart and purchased several items that could be dried in a dryer.
Good material should be washable and dryable in a dryer!!!! Do they think the average person has acres to lay flat on????

Terrible customer service at Kohl's in Columbus, OH
Kohl's in Columbus, OH 43230. I'm not sure if it was just an off night or what but the man taking Amazon returns acted and looked like he'd rather be anywhere but there. He was rude. The staff up front blatantly ignored me. One was counting coupons and the other was putting carts away. Walked all the way back to customer service to ask for a manager who also didn't seem to care so I submitted my complaint about the lack of customer service in his store and he said he'd take care of it but seemed like he couldn't wait for me to be out of his face. So I'm just letting everyone know, maybe go elsewhere if you think you're going to get decent customer service here on a Friday night an hour before close. Probably the worst experience I've had in awhile. I'll take my business elsewhere. No big. There's entirely too many competing companies to waste time on poor customer service.

TERRIBLE cancellation policy
I hate that when you order from them online you can’t cancel the order after the first hour.
I made an order for my son for his birthday, after talking to him it wasn’t the right item and I wasn’t given the option to cancel order online, so I waited to be able to speak to a representative. To have them tell me the exact same thing that I already knew I asked them to cancel the order since it had not yet been 12 hours since I purchased it, she even told me that it was still in fulfillment, but they couldn’t cancel it, then she told me that I would have to wait for the order to be delivered. I could send it back but I have to pay for the shipping or I could have my 12 year old son take the package to a Kohl’s site, and return it.
Any other place I’ve ever ordered from, will gladly cancel the order before it gets to you. And not hold your money in the meantime. I’m just very disappointed in Kohl’s return policies it needs major improvement.

For store in Menomonee Falls
For store in Menomonee Falls , WI .What a horrible place these days . I have been a customer since the 1990’s . Forget trying to use the kohls cash these days . There is a whole list of exclusions . Can’t find an associate to save my life, Then when found ,the associates are rude as can be . Almost screaming , when I in a soft voice said I was looking for an associate for 20 minutes , then chuckled and said “yahoo..I found an associate “! Jeepers ! She went off !
Only one checkout line ? Really ? I left my stuff there and I vow I will not be back .. poor customer service for sure and I do believe many of the clothing items are irregulars .

Deception!!
I ordered the towels online and what was pictured were full-sized towels. However, when I went to pick them up, they weren't what was pictured at all!!! They were washcloths!! So what was pictured online was VERY deceiving!!!! They were also listed as "TOWELS" on my receipt. NOT GOOD!!!!

Without notice I could not sign into my…
Without notice I could not sign into my app or online. Kolhs website has one of the most useless help links I have ever used. It provided zero help, doesn't have a email link or phone number that reaches a live person. After I verify a bill, I haven't reieved one in over 60 days (reason for my inquiry), I will pay it off and I refuse to use kolhs as a place to shop ever again. Amazon know service, kolhs sucks.

Poor customer service
In July, I purchased a Shark AI Ultra Robot Vacuum with self empty. I had a 40% off coupon and $50 in Kohl’s cash that I was able to apply to the purchase. The vacuum was originally $599 but on sale for $479 and after my coupons, the total was $305.56. Well, that was a freaking fantastic deal or so I thought. When I received the vacuum, it was in it’s original manufacturer’s box with no bubble wrap or anything to protect such an expensive purchase. The box was banged up and taped, and the vacuum wasn’t operating as it should. I returned it to the store and since they didn’t have any available, I was credited back the coupons to use on another vacuum purchase. They made a note on the account to ensure I didn’t have any issues with a future purchase. I have been waiting for the item I purchased to come back in stock. Today, I decided to just purchase a different vacuum, so I opted for the Shark AI Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop for $699. When I went to order, I was not allowed to use the coupon. I called customer serviced, talked to a supervisor, and was repeatedly told that this item wasn’t eligible for coupons despite having been assured that I could use it. I started looking at all of the robotic vacuums and every single one now “conveniently” states not eligible for coupons. How funny is it that it allowed me to use a coupon on a vacuum before, Kohl’s obviously sent me the very last, beaten up vacuum in that model they had, and NOW no vacuums can be purchased with a coupon. What I look like…boo boo the fool. Since they care nothing about their customer service, nor do they honor their commitments, I shall take my purchases elsewhere. They can keep those little $50 Kohl’s cash crumbs, since they are so hard up for money. Thanks for listening to my rant. I just wanted to make people aware of the bs they are trying to get away with.

Online Buyers Beware!!!
I was excited to use my Kohls card online for some much needed items. After spending over two hours online I went to check out and my shipping info was that of an Asian India woman in California! I changed it thinking it was just a odd error. However, after getting all the way to check out I seen my name on the online account and it showed the last 4 numbers of my Kohls card as the card used, but is still showed the other persons ship to address and it was billing another mans account in Virginia!! Not only was MY order that was under my name being shipped to another person, it was being billed to a complete third person stranger and his PII shows up on my account online!! This is breach of our private information and completely illegal and scary!
I called Customer Service and got someone overseas. In his sing-songy voice he just kept repeating "I'm so sorry" like a pull string doll! He could do nothing but keep asking me what I needed help for. I told him I felt very concerned that this was actually a scamming location meant to collect my personal information. He said no, he works for Kohls. He said I could "go in now and update my personal shipping address". I told him I already had done this but to my dismay, the finalized invoice still showed other peoples personal information, shipping and mailing address. I asked him to cancel my order. This is horrible!!! Kohls needs to get it together!! And you know the sad thing is there is nobody from higher up in the company to contact about this who cares and is doing anything about this. I will never shop online with them again!!! Buyers beware!
