Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly regarding the product quality, delivery delay, and refund process. We would like to clarify that we did request additional information from you in order to investigate and resolve the issue fully, but unfortunately this information was not provided. Without those details, we are limited in how far we can progress the case or offer further assistance. Regarding refunds, we do offer a standard returns process in line with our policy, and a refund is always available once the item has been returned and inspected. Any alternative options, such as a discount on a future purchase, are suggested only as an optional resolution and are never intended to replace a refund if one is preferred. We’re genuinely sorry that this situation has caused frustration and that the experience has left you feeling disappointed. If you are willing to provide the requested information and continue with the process, our customer service team will be happy to assist further and work toward a resolution. Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us improve our service.

Thank you for your reply. We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and would like to clarify a few important points so we can resolve this properly. At this time, we have no record of a return request or support conversation from you with Koala Jewels Brand. In the past, some customers have mistakenly contacted a different company with a similar name, which can unfortunately lead to confusion and delays. We would be more than happy to assist you directly and review your case. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number so we can locate your purchase and provide the correct return guidance. Regarding returns, our policy is clearly outlined on our website, and we are committed to handling all returns fairly and securely once they are processed through the correct channel. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly before escalating the matter further, as we are confident this can be resolved quickly once we’re in direct contact. We look forward to hearing from you and helping to sort this out.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your experience. We would like to clarify that we have not been able to process a refund or respond further because we require additional information to locate and review your order and return. Unfortunately, this information has not yet been provided, which has prevented us from progressing the case. We do respond to all customer enquiries and process refunds in line with our returns policy once the required details are received and the return is confirmed. If you are able to contact our customer service team again with your order information, we will be happy to look into this for you and assist further. We appreciate you raising your concerns and hope to have the opportunity to resolve this matter.

Our order number always begin with the number 4, not 1. Based on this, it appears that your order was placed with a different brand that has a similar name to ours. Our company is Koala Jewels Brand, while the other brand is Koala Brand Jewels. Although the names are very similar, we are two completely separate companies and do not share order systems or records. We recommend reaching out directly to Koala Brand Jewels for assistance with your purchase, as they should be able to help you further. Thank you for your understanding, and we’re sorry for the confusion this situation may have caused. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
