As other people have stated they don't help at all. I don't know how they can make the claims they do and put a so called Dr as a spokesman. I have two bad knees and know other people with similar problems, all these claims, fish oil, green lip muscles, shark cartilage etc don't work, try and find indipentant studies to back them, you can't, just one done by the company's making the products. Just do physio and strengthening exercises for your leg muscles it the best way to help.

These supports are completely useless. I bought two in the hope that they might do half of what their hype says they will do, but not even a fraction of what they pretend. The supports quickly slide down from your knees to your ankles and I mean you only have to walk a few yards and they start to slide. There is no pain relief whatsoever, so walking, running, volleyball (as one of their reviews purported) are not possible without the same pain and discomfort I had before putting these supports on. I put some negative reviews on Facebook and guess what, you guessed, they took them off. I will be returning mine for the full cash back as promised, but I don’t expect this to happen without a fight.

OUR ORDER IS BEING SENT FROM CHINA (not from US as they state!) - Amrelieve state both on their website AND on their Facebook page that they ship ALL items from their US WAREHOUSE- every reply to people states this. When I placed my order, it has been sent from SHENZEN, CHINA. When I let people know this on their Facebook post (who are asking the question), they DELETE my post immediately as for some reason which they are yet to explain to me, they DONT want their customers knowing this . It is very important to be honest to your customers and advise them that their order CAN be sent from China when asked. Please be honest to your customers about where they are being sent from...they have a right to know... .. Update: they arrived and so far are working great and making a huge difference which is wonderful.. They were purchased for someone with serious knee problems and a lot of pain - have tried many types, but these really seem to be working so far. I just hope you can be transparent as to where these are being sent from in future - as honesty is a huge factor in a reputation of a company :-)

I would give no stars if I could! The pressure on the knee made it too painful to wear and they toll down. To return you have to send to the US which cost £13!! Don't waste your money! *refunded but without the expensive postal costs as you insist it be returned to the US

Bought one and wore every day for 12 days. Offers virtually no support and by days end actually hurts. On day 10 the metal stay broke through the fabric.

My knee is bone on bone and I'm scheduled for knee replacement surgery in April. I was given a steroid shot back in January to relieve the pain until my surgery. I saw your ad and decided to purchase the sleeves just in case the steroid shot doesn't last. The shot wore off this week and I'm in serious pain. I remembered that I bought the sleeves and immediately put them on. It's a decent brace but I'm disappointed that it's not helping in the manner that's described in your ad. Maybe my problem is too far advanced for it to help me.

I brought two knee pads for my wife she loves walking but we found from the start that they keep falling down as she is walking they have the letter L on the inside of both of them don't know what means is there anyway of keeping them up because when they are working they are really good thanks Dave barry

My partner brought x2 knee supports and have helped him with his knee pain,I've just re ordered another 4 as he wears them every day Lisa nz
