The Power Knee sleeve was like a placebo, offers a bit of comfort but doesn't really work

Seems like a strong support, but far too tight for me, very uncomfortable.

I have been charged for a knee support which I have not received I have sent an e mail … nothing … I will instruct my bank as looking at the other comments this company is not trading in the way they advertise their products …… Then …..trading standards this is not acceptable how is this allowed to continue .. not one bad review but an overall bad experience

My knee is bone on bone and I'm scheduled for knee replacement surgery in April. I was given a steroid shot back in January to relieve the pain until my surgery. I saw your ad and decided to purchase the sleeves just in case the steroid shot doesn't last. The shot wore off this week and I'm in serious pain. I remembered that I bought the sleeves and immediately put them on. It's a decent brace but I'm disappointed that it's not helping in the manner that's described in your ad. Maybe my problem is too far advanced for it to help me.

After reading the advert for these knee sleeves I ordered 2 pairs at a "discounted" price of just under £100 GBP. When they arrived in a plain Black package , the value of the contents (sent from China) was under £20. Having now worn them I doubt that their quality is that worthy of the £100 PRICE TAG. They are NOT BRANDED , a one size fits all item... Im of Medium build, they slip down during any vigourous walking. The Knee brace elements are 2 lengths of thin plastic which does not have a hinge joint along its length. They do keep your knees warm and are handy if you kneel down on a hard surface...

The ad said that the Ultra Knee Elite sleeve is guaranteed to fit all knee sizes. There was no opportunity to order the correct size. The sleeve sent to me is an extra large, but a large size would be a better fit for me. All knees are not the same size!! Many of the other higher-end knee sleeves are offered in multiple sizes, and most of these cost less.

I purchased 3 pairs of socks to help relieve nueropathy but although the socks arrived quite quickly they were far too small and tight. I need to use a sock aid because I cannot bend over due to a back problem. I explained this to the company which so far has refused to answer my request/s for an address label so that I can return the socks for a refund. So far I've sent 3 e-mails regarding order #1656-8088 but to date no response whatsoever. I am disgusted as such bad customer treatment.
