Ein Stern noch zu viel. Hinwerts hatten wir 0 Probleme, rückzu konnten wir unseren mini Handgepäckkoffer nicht mit rein nehmen. Es wäre nicht inklusive laut unserem Ticket. Sie wollten kein Auge zudrücken und waren richtig frech. Wir durften 55€ zahlen, obwohl der Koffer so groß wie unser Rucksack war. Der Rucksack war ok. Einfach nur frech, nie wieder. Die ganzen Bewertungen schreiben Bände.

I am a frequent flyer with KM Malta, reading the very low rate of KM reviews, I must say that I am a bit surprised. I never had any issues with the company. I have been reading problems with getting access to customer service or impossibility to modify reservation through the website on line. Both issue I never experienced personally. Dunno which numbers or link some passengers were using. Hopefully will never have to find myself in the positions to join the queue of the unhappy customers

6 flights so far, 5 luggages damaged, issues with booking online, having to spend hours on the phone to get my tickets for the holidays... What the hell happened? Air Malta was fine, never had an issue, changed to km airlines and all hell breaks loose. The fact that they make it so difficult to get any compensation for the damaged they caused is the last straw for me, never flying with them again. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 just because most of the people you have on the phone are nice and helpful, but Jesus is the management bad!

Confermo quanti riportato da altri utenti, nonostante avessi pagato il biglietto con bagaglio a mano da 10 kg al gate arriva la sorpresa che non avendolo imbarcato si deve pagare una multa di 25 euro. Mi era capitato in passato che nonostante fosse da mettere in cappelliera, a cause dello spazio fosse stato imbarcato,ma sempre a titolo gratuito, l' atteggiamento di questa compagnia e' piu' simile ad un estorsione

Absolute garbage KM Airlines… the website is not working and it’s shitty like one from a shop around the corner. I had a flight from Amsterdam to Malta yesterday and they didn’t put my luggage on the same flight, they ask me to pay 50€ more as well cuz it was overweight and I did, spend around 400€ on everything and I didn’t even get my luggage.. had all the Christmas presents there.. fuc**** bastards the worst airline everrrrr. Huuuuaaaa they just tell me come in 2 days to collect the luggage, absolutely bastards. I’m never never gonna fly with this airline again.

Great food and very friendly service
