I purchased a subscription and used the app a little. I canceled my subscription long before my renewal, yet I was charged $67 for a renewal. I sent emails requesting a refund immediately after they billed my credit card. They finally offered my a 50% refund. Bottom line, they stole $33.50 from me. There’s no way to contact anyone by phone and nearly impossible to get an email answered. In my opinion, they are thieves. BUYER BEWARE I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD EVEN IF YOU CANCEL.

I signed up for app. didn't load so I cancelled and sent email within 15 minutes. I was then told I could only get 50% refund...why? I didn't use app for 6 months! this is a scam, co is not even US based! don't believe these reviews. I have told my cc company to not pay for service not rendered!! you are scanmers. refund my $! your terms and conditions are bogus! trust pilot know this company is bogus...they are not in US and when you sign up for app keep asking if you want to but more...then when you cancel in a matter of minutes for services not rendered they refuse full refund. REFUND MY MONEY OR CC WILL REFUND...YOU ARE SCAMMERS. I WILL LEAVE REVIEWS ON EVERY PLATFORM TO WARN PEOPLE.

I really am enjoying all the new knowledge I am gaining and putting into practice all this new knowledge with fabulous planned meals each day.. with added bonus of shopping list planned for me.
