This was quick and easy to do. I have taken many feedback challenges and this was by far the most succinct and simple one I've experienced

I downloaded Klnio just so I could examine the menu items. Decided I would not eat the foods offered and canceled the subscription the next day, well within the trial period. Three weeks later, I discovered that Klinio had charged my PayPal account $39. I immediately called Klinio customer service to request a refund. I was told that they do not issue refunds after 14 days. I didn’t even realize I was billed until today. What a ripoff. If you cancel your subscription, make sure they don’t charge you anyway.

Easy app to follow. Allows me to enter my own food. Also tracks water intake and my steps. Helpful tool

The app itself is great for tracking full meals on their plan. It doesn't lend itself to variation which is fine because the plan works best when sticking to their plan. I reached out to support once or twice with questions about food and received an answer by the next day. The other information on the app is also really nice to have around to educate yourself about the condition.
