I just want to say this is hands down the best app for controlling my diabetes, and as a benefit I learned how to cook, hahaha My A1c has come way down from 9 down to 6.6 by following the recipies. I showed my doctor also and they are impressed with the results

I joined Klinio to get a fresh approach to diabetes and dietary control. I also like the educational side. I have learned new ways of looking at diabetes and taming the beast. Klinio is personable and kind

The recipes are so wonderful. They give me so much control and variety with my diet and make meal planning more like a game than a chore.

Good for people who wants to track things like blood glucose, water intake, steps, weight and other things in one place. Also have some good recipes, helpful for whose who don’t know what to cook or want to eat healthier. Overall quite a nice app. Don’t forget to check settings you can turn on or customize things, also you can turn off things if you don’t need those.

My last A1C was 6.4. I felt discouraged because it has been sable between 5.9 and 6.1 for years. I decided to try Klunio in hopes I can lower it. After 6 days of joining Klunio I lost 3lbs. I really like the meal plan structure. It is helpful to know what to eat and how much. I like the way I can change a meal for another meal as often as I like. The plan is extremely easy to follow. I have a few months before my next A1C test and I am feeling more hopeful it will be lower.

I have an increased understanding of my diabetes and my treatment regime. Pairing Klinio with my doctor has helped me with meal planning and activity levels.
