Klinio combines all the things I need in one app. Meal, workout, water and glucose tracking, with the added convenience of lessons to assure I stay knowledgeable about my diabetes.

It was hard for me to get started, but the app made it very easy. I would be happier if they put everything in one package instead of continually trying to get you to add on other features.

I am new to Klinio. I am enjoying the meal plans and exercises are amazing.

Klinio did not work for me and they refused to refund me my money after they auto renewed me. Because the app had changed from MyDiabetes to Klinio I mistakenly assumed the auto renewal would not happen. Without notifying me they renewed my subscription on auto renew. When I saw the amount go through my credit card I contacted them to cancel my subscription. They refused since they have a "strict 14 day policy". I suggested that if they want to rely on that policy they should notify their customers of the upcoming renewal, but they don't!! And they don't refund you 14 days after the renewal goes through even when you don't even use their services. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! While your reply makes it seem that you want to be helpful and resolve this matter the solution is easy - refund me! You can see that I have not used your service for months and months. That is because it was not useful to me, so if you believe in Customer Service you will acknowledge that for me your product was not useful and you will refund me my money. Why would you want to keep someone's money when you have been advised that your product is not valuable to them as soon as they learned of the auto renewal? Why would you refuse to refund them if you are truly committed to Customer Service? This 14 day policy of no refunds, combined with NOT providing notice of the renewal is a userous policy and not consistent with your reply that suggests that you want to solve the problem and provide good customer service. Refund me my money and then you can claim that you are truly interested in resolving the issue!

The app is ok. I just wish on the first screen it would show to track blood pressure and glucose. Cant track glucose until you add a meal.

Good information easy to follow

Klinio is an excellent app for us diabetics. As a type 1, I've been having a hard time finding an app that works for me, since most dieting apps either focus on too many carbs for my blood sugar, or none at all. Good recipes and concept. Still quite new to Klinio, but I'm finding more positive things about it every time I use the app. I highly recommend it!
