I don't even know how I got signed up for this. I saw a $66 charge on my PayPal account that PayPal is saying I authorized. I did not, especially at 6:00 in the morning?! I am trying to get a refund asap. I do not even know how this happened. Refund my money, please.

MyDiabetes is a great reference to those that have feel off the diet wagon or need a kick start to start exercising again. It also makes you feel like you’re not going through this alone.

Just signing up and figuring out how to prep my meals

So far, the plan is good but I needed to clarify things that I can't eat or do not enjoy. I had to make some changes to my food options since that was really causing me issues with meals. I did not find the meals very enjoyable since they I included foods that are not a good fit for me. I would definitely make sure that people know to take care with picking food options.

I ordered the diet then canceled within 20 minutes. This was 1/26/2021. I have not been refunded, nor even sent the diet which I don't want anyway. When I canceled I was told "successfully cancelled." If I hear nothing within next 2 days I will have to escalate my claim with PayPal.

I purchased your diet program 1 year ago and I never received anything, so I wrote it off as a learning experience. Since then I have been charged for the the diet program 2 more times and again this week. I would like to be reimbursed for this last charge an please cancel my membership.

This plan has helped get my blood sugar closer to the normal range within just a few days. I struggled with drinking enough water and eating the right combinations of food. My sugar numbers were elevated at fasting levels and continued to increase. Following my diabetes, in just a few days I am feeling that again I can use my knowledge of food and water to maintain a normal level for my blood sugar. I had fallen off the wagon. This has given the needed guidance to eat small meals and snacks throughout the day, manage my water intake and exercise daily. Along with lower blood sugar levels I am loosing weight. I feel more confident that my long term goal CAN be achieved with the delicious meals and accountability of logging each success of my day. Daily exercise is enhanced with this system also. I am so happy with just a few days progress using this app.
