Llevo dos meses usando este plan. Normalmente en este punto me atasco en la pérdida de peso. Con MyDiabetes, de momento sigo perdiendo peso. Puede que necesite algunos meses más para conseguir el peso deseado. De momento estoy perdiendo 1-2 libras por semana, así que este plan es de gran ayuda.

Mi sono piaciuti moltissimo i programmi dei pasti e gli allenamenti. I programmi di pasto sono facili da seguire e da fissare. Anche i programmi di allenamento sono molto buoni e facili da seguire sia per i principianti che per chi si allena regolarmente. I miei livelli di zuccheri nel sangue sono davvero buoni, farò il mio a1c la prossima settimana e dovrei ottenere dei risultati davvero buoni. Grazie per l'app, la adoro.

¡Comer de forma correcta traerá cambios positivos a tu diabetes! Simplemente no te saltes tu plan alimenticio y conseguirás resultados asombrosos. O al menos elige un día trampa y guarda todas las comidas no aptas para diabéticos para ese día. Te puede ayudar a mantenerte a raya el resto de la semana.

Frei von der Leber... ich bin 52 Jahre alt, ziemlich fett und mein ganzes Leben lang habe ich mich so schlecht ernährt, dass ich nun an Diabetes leide. Nachdem mein Arzt mir gesagt hat, dass es mir immer schlechter geht, war es Zeit für eine Veränderung. Mir fällt es super schwer, meine Gewohnheiten zu ändern, aber seit letzter Woche fühle ich mich leichter und habe mehr Energie. Also ich denke, es funktioniert. MyDiabetes ist sehr hilfreich, weil ich nicht viel nachdenken muss. Es sagt mir jederzeit, wann und was ich essen soll. Durch die automatischen Erinnerungen habe ich sogar angefangen, 2 Liter am Tag zu trinken. Ich kann es wirklich empfehlen.

They must be paying for all the good reviews. This app is a scam. Multiple poor reviews in the App Store. Personal experience, after multiple attempts to get into the app, I was finally able to create my account. Once in, the first thing I noticed is that the educational materials are unscientific. Then the exercise programs are all extra pay services. The recipes are horrible if they are free or you can pay more. Asked for a refund within a couple of hours. Took them over a day to get back and say that their refund policy is only 50%. Total scam and a fraud. Stay away.

Also, we have many different meal plans, where you could adjust meal plans, different recipes, or even change some specific ingredients. You are right about the workouts - this is an additional product and is not included in the meal plan; please accept our apologies if you misunderstood the concept differently. ¡Genial plan alimenticio! Me pareció fácil de usar y saludable. Los aperitivos son sanos y fáciles de hacer. Las recetas son sabrosas y son sin azúcar y aptas para diabéticos. Esto me ayudará un montón a gestionar mi diabetes. Tiene pinta de funcionar a largo plazo.
