I have asked MANY times for help to access my account and have received NO answer. I am cancelling my subscription

I do not like the plan. It is too regimented. I just had a blood test taken and I am and 6.5. AIC so this not a plan for me. I would like to resign from the plan.

I enjoy using MyDiabetes app. The only thing is that I wish I can choose my groceries on the app and then the food recipes would pop up for those. I feel like I can not afford to buy so many ingredients for certain recipes that pop up on the app. Overall, the app help me be more aware of what kind of food I need to eat to manage my pre-diabetes better. I hope my A1c decrease soon :) Thank you.

I am trying to do the walking and I have been eating less. But I can not spend money for extra food when my meds and bills come first.

There are mir enough carbs for type 1 diabetics. I enjoy the meals but have to add mire farbd

I found the water a lot but am getting used to it. I am now adding my decaf coffee in the count. The type of foods I am not used or like- bulger, tabouleh and quinoa. Could I use some type of rice. I do like the Buddha bowls.

After purchasing the plan, I realized it’s not for us. The food is not anything we eat and being on a fixed income,can’t afford to buy. The whole plan just won’t work. You should give examples of meal plans and your food quiz does not give a true picture. Disappointed

I did not like the meals the app provided. I has way more success helping my husband reverse his type 2 diabetes with healthy carbs and exercise. They also kept sending me my plans in Spanish for some reason. I thought I cancelled the service but got the annual charge anyway. Once I realized two days later they said I could not get a full refund - only a partial refund. I even asked them human being to human being to return me my money since I wasn’t getting anything from them but they obviously don’t care about their reputation or humanity and would rather steal money from people and hide under their “terms and policies” Do not fall for the hoax - go to a trusted site and read all reviews. These guys have multiple companies with bad reviews.
