The app has good info and recipes, meal plans and shopping lists. If suggested meals contain expensive ingredients, I can choose to swap from a wide selection available and the app incorporates new menu into shopping list for me!

I signed up today for a 3-month trial. I declined all the affiliated products. Not one hour after I signed up, my inbox began filling with spam email about all the affiliated products. I canceled my plan today (although I'm stuck with the charge). Use this app at your own risk.

I have not taken the meal plan as I am on another plan that I am happy with. When I signed up for this program on Diabetes and paid the $60 I was unaware that it was leading to another paid plan. I was hoping that I would just get information, tips and a few recipes.

The app is very basic with not many ways to really customize the days meals. I find the search for alternate meals to be terrible. Even when I know the name of a recipe I want to make, I cannot find it as the filter options are not helpful. I’m not sure why there is no search option. The plan is also way too time consuming for someone who works. I do not have time to prepare 5 meals a day and there are no quick non preparation meals. The only way to print a recipe is by printing a day of recipes. When each recipe is printed the measurements are all converted into amounts that are not easy to decipher. Instead of saying 1 avocado it has an amount in ounces. The construction of the shopping list is impossible to actually take to the grocery store as it lists every ingredient in every recipe regardless of they are the exact same thing. Ex. Chicken breast raw, chicken breast grilled and chicken breast cooked. I am completely dissatisfied with this app and am really upset I wasted my money.

So far I like the meal plans but some of the measurements are odd. In a recipe there will be teaspoons and ounces that equal teaspoons- I figure the recipes are converted from grams but it reads funny. Luckily I have a magnetic conversion chart on my fridge that I can check easily but for others it must be so annoying. The desserts are very bland. I really like the salads and main course entrees though.
