This program has changed my day to day approach to controlling my diabetes. i now keep tracks of my sugar levels and blood pressure on a daily basis. The menus have been a god send as i live alone and i could choose my favourite food. the shopping list is so helpful and easy to use. I also love the exercise program that has restarted me exercising as it can be done at home, so i don't even have to go to the gym. I would recommend this app to anyone with type II diabetes like myself.

Beware! I must have downloaded this app at some point but don't have it now, nor can I access an account as it doesn't recognize my email address as having an account. However, they are now taking money out of my PayPal account. I am not signed up to any subscription. This seems totally fraudulent to me. Be very careful what you sign up to.

This companies advertising tactics and refund policies are horrendous. I really did not understand that I had signed up for two of their products, I got back to their support team within minutes and requested a refund of my $166.99. I am retired and 84 years old. They acknowledged that I contacted them, but then kept getting e-mails to activate the plan, which I have not done. Now, just a few minutes ago, I have been told they will refund half my money and if I contact my credit card company I will get no refund. I went to call them the other day, they are located in Lithuania and have an out of country phone number. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I purchased this diet with a 5.99 monthly subscription thinking I would try it. The meals require 500 ingredients so I decided to cancel. Turns out they charged me for the whole year anyway. This is a rip off. Be sure you want it before you agree.

I found it very difficult at the beginning but the longer I stayed with this program it did become a little easier. It was difficult to eat every 3 hrs. and drink the amount of water that I was to take. The foods were foreign to me and found it to be expensive. But I have lost weight and my blood surged has dropped drastically. I will continue.
