I am working with Bradley from customer service but have not heard from him in quite some time. I am trying to get a refund back.

It is going to take me more than a week to adjust to the new diet.lots of new Spicer and different food products to buy and all the water I have to drink. I will get used to it in time. The first few days I didn't realize I had to carry my phone with me all the time to count the steps I know better now.

The recipes are great and tasty!

Difficult to cancel and they will not return your money even if you are mistakenly charged. I signed up for the trial membership and used the site for about 5 minutes. Determined that it wasn't for me and attempted to cancel. Apparently I didn't reach out to the correct email address so they charged me $66 a year later and basically told me I was screwed when I reached out to them. Shady business practices and they don't care about your needs as a person, they only care about your money. UPDATE: I did contact the Support Team and they did nothing for me. I filed a complaint with PayPal and we'll see if we can get this fixed that way.

The meals need to be simplified. Following the plan consumes a lot of time in meal preparation

With this plan on follow the meal plans, exercise and I am motivated.

The meal plans are top notch with a wide variety of foods. Very little chance to get bored with the menu. It would have been nice to be able to select your start date so you could more easily track your progress, though. While I love how quickly my meal plan was ready, it made me feel a little pressured to go out and buy food for the menu when it started to push me to use the menu immediately. Especially at this time the state of the economy should be enough to make it plausible that someone would need to wait until a later date to purchase food for the new meal plan due to economic restrictions. Great product, though, and I would definitely recommend it to others, just be prepared and if available funds for grocery shopping are an issue, wait until it's your gelatin time to go shopping.

It is hard to navigate the plan & figure out the prep. for the meals. Tried to print & the amount of pages is too much! I would love to follow it but it is so consuming. I will try to work with it but the shopping for ingredients (plus some I don't even know what they are) is very difficult. It sounded easy when I ordered it & now I'm sorry I spent the money. I hate thinking about food all day long!
